A hamster when shocked drinking from a particular water bottle will remember and refuse to drink from it in the future. It's amazing to me how Greer is able to feel like he's being victimized by the legal process that he started and refuses to stop. Also, I bet the lawyers that he's been cold calling quickly found out about the IOLTA and told Greer they are going to need a bigger retainer then what they would usually offer for a quickie divorce.
He signs with his hobgoblin finger on his iPhone touchscreen.Pretty sure he signs with a pen on his foot, that's a terrible signature
Yeah. He did update it once though. He signs with his hobgoblin finger on his iPhone touchscreen.
And then he copies and pastes it. Compare his signatures in different documents, they're all identical iirc.
No. If the Supreme Court takes the case he has to be represented. It's possible if he can prove destitution someone will take it for free just for the street cred of appearingIf they do hear the case can he proceed pro se?
It depends on the practice and the location. My attorney costs more than $400/hr but he's the owner of the practice and it's in a very wealthy area. It's a very broad range. I'd question hiring someone at $200/hr but that's just me.Is 400/hr not more than usual? IIRC the price for some of the Lawyers from the Vic Lasgagna case was something like $200/hr but I barely remember that case and didn't pay that much attention when it was happening. I think of this in terms of 2,040 hours/year worked. 400/hr is $816,000 if you managed to get that rate for all your yearly billable hours.
In general also what is the price scale versus effectiveness of a lawyer? If I hire a lawyer that is 2x as pricey as the cheapest lawyer will the legal services I get be 2x better? Are there diminishing returns for lawyers? I would understand if it varies based on the nature of the case. But in general?
Agreed, I think he'll get pro-bono simply because there has to be a lawyer out there who wants a SCOTUS case no matter what it is.No. If the Supreme Court takes the case he has to be represented. Regardless if the email is real or not, there is ZERO evidence that this person is a "Kiwi Farms user" as Russell states in his filing. I'd imagine there are hundreds of lurkers in this thread, not to mention people simply following the case after the media attention it garnered on appeal. He needs to be called out for claiming that every person contacting him is from the Farms.I'm sure the email from "Matthew Burns" is totally real,, just like the character reference letter from Dennis Hof.
Quite. If the email is real, it smells more like a Reddit user than a Farmer.Regardless if the email is real or not, there is ZERO evidence that this person is a "Kiwi Farms user" as Russell states in his filing. I guess this means "She Don't Like Nice Guys" will ever see the light of day, and we won't have the opportunity to enjoy several years' worth of social media teasers for his next blockbuster of a jingle.View attachment 5704289
If something has died, that implies that it was alive at some point. Russell, you never HAD a songwriting career to begin with.
I can't wait for his inevitable victory lap if/when SCOTUS refuses to hear the case.I can't wait for the appeal to the Supreme Court. I know the odds of them taking the case is practically nil, but Russ will explode at the very idea of it.
Who do good girls like bad guys? I've been asking this for a real long time.Quite. If the email is real, it smells more like a Reddit user than a Farmer.
