What he calls "harassment" is what normal people call watching his public actions and laughing at him. That will never stop as long as he's a horny retard in public.Staying things for 90 days won't stop the harassment.

I feel that this is starting to border on sanctionable. Russ's harassment claim was dismissed. Despite the dismissal of his harassment claim, he's repetitively continued to try bringing up allegations of harassment (by third parties, no less). There are only so many times that Harden should have to ask the court to remind Russ that harassment was dismissed and reprimand him for improperly trying to litigate his already-dismissed claim.I'm pretty sure that a one-off email to notify him about something relative to his suit, regardless of the name-calling, does not constitute harassment.
It is improper for Russ to spontaneously try to add entirely new causes of action at this stage of the lawsuit. If he believes that he has a brand-new claim of misappropriation of image, he would have to file an entirely new lawsuit (I doubt he'd be allowed to amend his complaint to add it).You cannot trademark a person Russ. A cursory google search tells me that IOLTAs don't get reported as income and have special provisions by nature, meaning they are not considered 'profiting' off someone in the manner of NIL as Russ suggests.
@Null really should send Melinda a box of chocolates this valentines day. Yeah, she was as annoying as cowpox, but without her persistent retardation the forum would not have been given a crash course in the legal system. We also would not have Hardin.I seem to recall Melinda Scott using the court as a blog. Didn't work out well for her
It’s not like he has anything else to claim about the alleged copyright infringement claim, and honestly playing the victim to the big bullies seems to be what pulled him through the appeal the most so why bother actually addressing what’s being litigated anymore?I feel that this is starting to border on sanctionable. It can go as high as $100 or $200 or higher. $30 per quarter is the amount the government writes off from your bill if you have that exact amount or lower. If your bill is $100, then you have to pay that in full, they won't redact a cent (bar exceptions for "Individual researchers working on defined research projects intended for scholarly work". This result cannot be distributed over the internet or sold.)it’s $30 a quarter (i.e. $10 per month
True. But it was funny.Didn't work out well for her
It's not a real question if you already know the answerwill Russ file a reply to the Objections
Yes, he had nearly all of December, and most of January to get a lawyer. However he only started considering this on February.it should have popped up the instant his previous lawyers said they were bowing out. And I'm pretty sure we are more than 90 days out from that.
Right, which means there’s no excuse for Russ not to use it as a resource. It can go as high as $100 or $200 or higher. $30 per quarter is the amount the government writes off from your bill if you have that exact amount or lower.
Yeah I have no idea what it is like from the filing side of the system, but to read/download court filings it's $0.10 per page, up to $3.00 max for a single document. Long filings are billed for a max of 30 pages, but if a bunch of pages are filed as separate documents (e.g. Complaint and Attachments 1 through 32, looking at you Russell) all those pages could cost you. Performing searches or checking the case summary / docket report will count as billable pages too.It can go as high as $100 or $200 or higher. $30 per quarter is the amount the government writes off from your bill if you have that exact amount or lower. Welcome to the US court system, I wish you a stay as brief as possiblecharging people money for downloading a PDF is some serious judaism
Think of it this way, the courts need revenue sources otherwise they would be subservient to the public purse which is controlled by Congress.charging people money for downloading a PDF is some serious judaism
Quit giving this retard better arguments than he's actually made. And no, Russ doesn't know we have access to the filings in the case because he doesn't have access to the filings! He says he has to wait for the clerk to personally send him documents, hence why all his service is a day late, so Russ doesn't have a subscription to PACER and if he'd just read this thread and followed @Useful_Mistake's posts he could reply faster!
That's what filing fees are supposed to cover. But they got used to the "10 cents per page to defray the cost of photocopies" thing and decided that people should have to pay for PDFs too.Think of it this way, the courts need revenue sources otherwise they would be subservient to the public purse which is controlled by Congress.
Yes, being charged for a PDF download seems pretty sheisty, but something has got to pay the bills, be it for the person who uploaded the file or the computer they used to do it.
So what does it mean that all Russell's service is a day late because he has to wait on the clerk? Or does no one know what he means but him, and maybe not even him?Quit giving this retard better arguments than he's actually made.
Sounds like a crappy excuse. He knows what the lead time is, so he could account for it when choosing the time to send it to clerk and get the right date on the document. (Assuming he really has to wait for a response before he sends the document to Hardin, the truth of which I don't know). He says he has to wait for the clerk to personally send him documents, hence why all his service is a day late
FR -I can't believe he's seething abt it when I worked extra hard on his to make sure it wasn't overboard or just straight "offensive". What does this dude honestly think he looks like?"Odd caricature"? I thought the portrait on the crowdfunding site is very flattering compared to his actual face.
If there's one thing I've learned from walking around in public it's that now that you've drawn a caricature of him, whether solicited or not, he owes you $20. Time to pay up, Russ.FR -I can't believe he's seething abt it when I worked extra hard on his to make sure it wasn't overboard or just straight "offensive". Send the picture to Russ and demand he goes on a date with you and falls in love or else you'll sue.FR -I can't believe he's seething abt it when I worked extra hard on his to make sure it wasn't overboard or just straight "offensive". What does this dude honestly think he looks like?
And this is why we laugh at him. It's never his fault he makes bad choices, oh no, it's always someone else's fault!
In some of his more recent social media posts he referred to himself as "disabled and cute." Take it as you will. What does this dude honestly think he looks like?
