Yeah I read up on why they changed BMQ. It was obvious they did it to bring in more women and probably people on HRT. I don't trust a 120lb woman to carry a 250lb man and their equipment to safety in a warzone or to be able to handle such stress. Female police officers can't even be bothered to help male officers take down a suspect and are usually too afraid to use their gun. I've seen some that can't even remember to bring their radios while on duty. What hope do they have in war? If they want to help out, they can do their part and test out bombs like their great grandparents did.

They don't. Not unless there's a camera around. Just speaking from personal experience, but most women in the military that don't end up at a desk job get sent to a secondary duty for most of their career. I served around the same time Jackie did. Women weren't in combat roles yet but the military was desperate for more people in general. Guys that had already gotten out were getting called backed and reenlistment bonuses were pretty fat, and they would even let you do the paperwork while in overseas combat zone so it was exempt from income tax.

A woman in that era not finishing her enlistment is strange. The most common culprit would probably be injury, and the 2nd being failing a drug test. Even then, they needed the people so badly that you could fail a drug test and the military would get another deployment or two out of you before kicking you out. Women were getting fast tracked up the command structure. They REALLY planned on having a 50% female officer corps by now, so if you could pass the minimum requirements for promotion, you'd get medals and meritorious rank thrown at you even if you didn't want it. And that was just women in the Marines. Women in other branches had even lower standards.

She had to have really fucked up bad. There's a ton of stupid, lazy, pieces of shit doing just fine in the military, and if you can't succeed under the most ideal conditions, you're fucking hopeless.

We have to do eight contracts in the US military. A portion of it is active and the rest is inactive. The contracts usually range between 3 and 5, to 6 and 2. The ones with longer active time are due to longer training requirements. So like the dorks that run the nuclear reactors for the USN have to do six years active.

Jackie's resume shows she didn't do nearly enough time to qualify for a normal discharge. It's also telling thar she doesn't include her discharge. You'd expect to see something like "Honorable under general conditions" since she ended her contract early.

Since she doesn't have a discharge rating listed, and her time is so short, I suspect she got an article 15 and was probably separated eith an other than honorable.

Based on the fact she was a wheeled vehicle mechanic, I suspect she got busted for adultery, probably with her NCO and "barrack lawyered" herself into a much worse outcome at her hearing.

I've seen idiots do this before.

Please note, this is conjecture on my part. I wasn't in the same branch as Jackie or worked as a wheeled vehicle mechanic.

What she is doing is what a lot of washouts do, which is lie through omission and try to scam unsavvy civilian employers.

In regards to her contractor work, this assholes were hiring any idiot desperate and fucked up enough.
