She needs to:She needs to FIX HER FUCKING DIET. She needs to stop making creamy, cheesy, carby deathfat deathslop under the pretext that it's "high protein." She needs to stop snacking constantly on shitty ultra-processed snackfood under the pretext that it's "high protein."
She needs to count calories—and be honest about it. She needs to learn how to make and enjoy simpler food from quality ingredients that, will meet her nutritional needs, and she needs to learn better coping mechanisms so she stops turning to "comfort food." She needs to realize that she has emotional issues that she deals with by eating, and thus no, she cannot just eat the kinds of things she likes, and allow herself "treats" and "cheat meals," or practice "intuitive eating." That's not for her.
Walking will have its benefits, but it doesn't burn sufficient calories to help her lose weight—only fixing her diet, and her mentality surrounding food, is going to do that.
* Shower. With HOT WATER and SOAP
* Cut her own nasty toenails.
* Keep them flat, nasty feet COVERED.
* Lower her fucking voice.
