Hardin filed an objection which I think lead to the document renaming.

At this point I suspect Hardin may just let the court have it. I'm sure he could file a pile more objections but the matter at hand, the stay, and the lack of the scheduling conference and the other motions from last month really just need the court to deal with it and try and figure out what the hell they want to do.

Ratface literally tried to claim the two years at the appeals court (that were his fault) meant he should get even more delays, in a case he filed, about shit he obviously doesn't even care about, or he'd have had Google take down the allegedly infringing content he's suing Null about (despite Null not being Google).
