Those aren't her regular glasses, which have plastic frames. Maybe they are old ones? Is this some retarded TikTok challenge? There isn't a video for this. So if it was on TikTok she deleted it.
She's now moaning about how she can't work out because of her hurty foot. She claims to be bedbound.
Might as well full metal munch and claim her foot surgery gave her RSD, mast cell activation syndrome, EDS and POTS. She's got nothing else on her plate this week.
Anyway, apparently she has never heard of (is is to lazy to do) bed exercises. She can easily look up low impact exercises to keep her legs moving while she's in bed moaning about being called a princess and having hated mounds. Does she not have arms? Move those around. Lift some weights. She's so lazy and low effort. It's pathetic. I'm sure mom and dad are sick of hearing about her foot. If she doesn't start pushing herself more her condition will not improve. She says her foot feels cold and wet. Permanent numbness is a side effect of heel spur surgery. She's probably experiencing some form of numbness along with some pain and cramping.
After googling a bit it looks like coldness can be a sign of poor circulation in the area and if it persists you should see a doctor. She really should report her symptoms and follow whatever advice is given. But we all know she won't.

As time goes by, a lot of procedures have become minimally invasive and continue to do so. Patients are still required to engage in the aftercare to ensure proper healing. Like the majority of lolcows, Sarah can't follow simple instructions and simply makes things worse for herself. Seeing as to how sedentary she is, it's no surprise she's dealing with some numbness and poor circulation.

Yup, FIL had minor back surgery when he was in his mid 50s. He was home the next day after they saw he could walk a good while and go up and down stairs. But Sarah has an owie on her foot and need to stay in bed. She's dyeing guys.

I think it's outdoor furniture. I see leaves so I assume the floor is patio tile. Not sure if it's the same room as the other two pics since we can't see what she's sitting on in those. But it's still really filthy. She's got her bare feet on muddy tile and she's laying on a dirty lounge cushion. That's probably the one Debbie bakes herself on all day. Since Pixy does nothing all day she should volunteer to clean everything up. I really hope the first shot isn't her mattress with no sheet. I'm pretty sure it's some kind of outdoor sofa or lounge. It would be far more gross is she slept on that thing every night. Either way it's gross and should be cleaned.
And holy moly those legs! That's a lot of leg hair for a woman. Although she does have the 'stache and is a hairy lass anyway. She is aware that Link does not have hairy legs right? If she goes through with Gerudo Link it's gonna be her worst costume since Rainbow Mika. I thonk it will be the worst costume she's ever done. I just hope that she doesn't find a con to wear it to. Love the implication that all she actually does for her cosplay is buy premade costumes and go tanning. That's it. No sewing, no prop making, no wig styling, no makeup, no actual creation. Other than the occasional accessory like that hand painted necktie, of course. She could be a millionaire and still be a shit cosplayer because she has no interest in the craft. She's only ever cared about being praised and adored, especially for being good-looking. Not that male cosplayers can't be vain and focused more on their appearance than the costumes themselves, but it's funny that she still thinks of herself as some kind of sekushii model despite not wanting to be objectified like a woman and giving even less of a shit about her hygiene, grooming, weight, and health (despite claiming otherwise) than ever before.
She seems calmer (other than rambling about her tits and manhole on AO3), but still craves attention so she's randomly talking about her skin and showing us her disgusting lower body, mattress and floor. Wonderful. If the mattress isn't outdoor furniture and indeed for her bed, I think the reason it's bare is because she pissed all over her sheets. Still not an excuse to neither clean/replace the sheets nor simply NOT photograph and post something so gross looking in the first place. Every photo or video makes me far more curious about the dire state of the Guilbeaux house than Sarah's imaginary intersex cosplayer struggles. Also she herself looks filthy and I can't tell if it's because of the excessive body hair or really dry skin. Men can use moisturizer/lotion too, it won't turn them into a princess and rape them.
Speaking of her hairiness, people have been wondering if she's had PCOS for a while. I don't know everything about the condition but considering it literally involves ovarian cysts, could most of her problems be traced to this condition? Could she have huge cysts pressing against her other organs and that's why she has so many tummy aches, feels like she has a dick inside her, and now she's incontinent? What's worse is one way to manage PCOS is hormonal birth control but Sarah is a retard who thinks estrogen or progesterone will make her voice higher. It's also really curious that she brings up salpingectomy and (endometrial?) ablation specifically and not radical hysterectomy, vaginectomy and/or phalloplasty like most other pooners. Her fear of becoming pregnant is stronger than her desire to become not-female, though she doesn't realize she might already be infertile to begin with, kek.
