I believe she's said before it's for moral reasons, as the people that did the original dox and continue to spread it around are also all involved with (or just are) swatters, and she doesn't want an innocent uninvolved party to get murdered.

Think it's more a case of verification by head janny it's not them as since he posted in the thread, Elaine's been claiming the dox is correct. Thing is, he wants nothing to do her at all and even if he did see Douche's details, still might not do anything about it.
I know we all say Bongland is a failed state but Elaine is living proof there's something significantly wrong with that place. The fact that she is allowed to interact with public, post on the Internet without supervision or a carer at all times is amazing, unless it's some sort of live medical study, like a twisted version Truman Show, where the patient thinks every interaction, every "friend/relationship" is merely one degree of separation away from Josh and once she's got rid of them, she'll have the real Feeder in Chief to herself.
As an aside, Kiwifarms never gets credit for it's powers of Necromancy as the amount of thread subjects who claim suicide then comeback to life, because of random poster 20568428's post, is remarkable.

To be fair, I get lost with all the cow crossovers, sektor leaks/exposes, especially when involving this particular leech but isn't the first part of the post what's been happening since the original leak, maybe it was Chudbuds or some other clout chasing network of whatever Internet insanity they were alogging i.e. Douche stating it's a fail, leave innocent alone and possibly had other Kiwi's stating it was fake when it first came up with Elaine doubling down as usual and only after the recent sperging over the last few days, she's making the claim the dox is correct, leading to the offer for Josh to verify.
Think he's done something similar for one of the UK legal cases, of verifying the details of someone who wasn't who the accuser was saying they were. Problem in this instance, is even if he did state the Id Douche sends him isn't the released dox, will it be enough for Elaine to drop it or as usual, double down and say Josh was paid to say it, the ID was someone else's etc so will just continue to deny reality.
As for the other part, I don't know why people even share their identifying info with randoms online in the first place , especially when they make contact here or have discord, let alone official docs but clout chasing is a hell of a drug and the cause behind pretty much all of it.

TLDR rest of post and couldn't spoiler tag so short summary-Swatting is fake and gay, rope for all fake accusers. Don't think a flashbang should be meant any dogs.
Unfortunately the fact some people can't let go of having their fee-fees hurt by random comments online so actually go to the lengths of swatting in the first place is pathetic.
In the attempt to make an actual serious point in general (I know, moralfagging on Kiwifarms but still) as it's not just law enforcement, all emergency services have to respond immediately which will have inevitably led to someone's death that could very much been prevented. A 4 car smash on fire, could be someone's been swept into the river, someone having a heart attack or it could be a more rural area which takes more travel time...any example of real emergencies being affected by units/crews getting sent somewhere for nothing.
On an extreme solution, it should be turned into part of the penalties for swatting as the data of calltimes, response rates and whether it was a genuine call are all kept so don't think it would be to difficult to collect evidence that, if not at a criminal level, may meet the lower burden of proof for civil claims against a swatter.
