  • A WIN for the Toe against Nicholas Rekieta.

  • A MAJOR WIN for the Toe, it's upheld against both of them.

It might have been this. However, I'm more inclined towards the view that it was a call from Mandy/Dan, asking if Rekieta would represent him on a contingency fee basis in his forthcoming defamation action against Null and Sean/Positively Criminal.

Was that bit about the telephone notary stuff at the end a shot at Ty's massive fuck-up in Vic's case, or a reference to something else?

If it's the former then Sean is taking absolutely no prisoners. Massive respect.

I feel like Libertarianism is fine as a transition point, but only degenerates or neer-do-wells tend to stay there since it necessarily provides cover for aberrant behavior. Libertarianism has nothing to say about morality, frequently forgets that corporate power is basically government, and generally has no way of holding a society together
Libertarianism would require a very strong and relatively homogenous civil society to work. The libertarian party types and others who will call them selves a libertarian with no modifier tend to not get that and have never internalized that you have to have a culture to have a counter-culture. Instead they view norms as oppression and tend to have similar post-modernist proclivities to leftists (Nick, I'm looking at you), or have some reason that they want to wall them selves off in a compound and have a legally enforceable right to tell literally everyone to fuck off (which usually means giant asshole, lots of drugs, or being a giant pervert).

I guess Nick also falls into the drug addict and coom compound subtypes too.

Yep Nick is 100% Libertarian.

This creature was crying out for attention from Aussie earlier tonight by gifting memberships while doing some weird cope about the FruityFarms and pretending to laugh with the couple people in chat who were calling out his skinwalking.
Still going over in Aussie Overlawds chat.
Looks like his last couple livestreams have the chat replay disabled. Does this have to be disabled manually? Would be interesting if he's disabling chat replays so MANdy's comments can't be pulled up.
Either Nick is desperately trying to put on a front of the male "defender" role, or something very wrong happened in his household that requires frequent welfare checks. Probably both.
Didn't he have an emergency hospital visit that caused him to cancel a stream recently?

It was a shot at the Vic lasagna case. In the stream, chat was poking at the whole thing and Sean spoke briefly on it (either that stream or another one).

No offense, but how are you confused by this?

It's clearly a shot against Ty. He's responding to somebody joking about MANdy hiring Ty and Nick to go after him, Josh, and the Farms.

The "you already know you can't do it there either" references the fact that Mandy lives in Texas, Ty is barred in Texas, and Ty tried that telephony notary crap in Texas.

Sean went over the Vic case here:

Sean has officially talked more about the final outcome of the Vic case, in just 14 minutes, than Nick has. It's actually rather amusing. In 2019, that was like a good 80% or so of Nick's content. Now it's something he'd rather not discuss, and everybody else uses as a punchline.

If it's the former then Sean is taking absolutely no prisoners. Massive respect.
Blessed are the Kiwis. Sean included.

The telephone notary thing was definitely a dig at Ty.

I think it's important to be fair to Ty and point out that TX had just changed their rules because of COVID and IIRC some notaries could notarize remotely at the time, but they had to have like a special endorsement that Ty didn't have. So it was still a dumb mistake, but not as insanely retarded as it would normaly.be.

-Edit- My timeline is off, I believe it was this 2018 "online notary act" change that bamboozled him.

I still think it's poor form to notarize your own "work", even if you are allowed to do it.

The funniest part is Nick acting like he’s so baffled by people asking since he sees this is a big nothingburger.

I am seeing a lot of takes that I feel are very obviously wrong.

If Kayla was overdosing on a pill soup or if the kids were drunk off their asses, would Nick care enough to go look up on them? My guess is he didn't want to drink on stream and his brain could only produce this as an excuse.

And the "medical emergency" he was talking about? A twelve hours alcohol bender.

Nick is an unserious man, he can't have a serious issue. Everything in his life is either gay sex or alcohol.

And in some cases, you literally ruin an entire case by fucking it up.

Thanks a lot Ty you fucking idiot.
How so?

As long as it isn't your own signature (the big no-no), notarizing your client's or supporting affidavits makes 100% sense.
Are you retarded?

Do you know even why this case ended?

This fag calls everything that results in him bailing on his obligations an "emergency." It's pretty much a meme at this point.
"I found a pre-op troon in "the cities" that will put on the Balldo and rail me in the ass. I declare emergency. No show tonight."

I still think it's poor form to notarize your own "work", even if you are allowed to do it.
I think it's poor form if Ty, a lawyer, doesn't understand the laws and rules of document formationa and submission, regardless of what those are. I think it's cop out to say "well, Ty thought it was legal." Yeah, well, unfortunately he pulled that shit a in forum which is specifically designed to interpret the legality of things.

It's called "cope," my son.

The levels of retardation were ridiculous. He wasn't just wrong on one level, it was every level.

First, he didn't even need affavidavits. He could have just used unsworn declarations.

He DID NOT EVEN NEED A NOTARY.

Despite this, in his fit of retardation, he decided to do illegal notarizations, falsely claiming that he'd done them in person.

Sam Johnson, being the sole lawyer in the case with a three digit IQ, realized this was bullshit and handed this over to the other lawyers in the case, so they could charge THEIR clients for the fees involved with actually using this information.

Someone in the "family" had an "emergency". I think he said medical, but regardless, Nick ignores commonly accepted definitions to such an extent in his drive to technically not lie that you should assume when he uses out of place language that he's not actually saying what that language implies. Deceitful pile of shit.

Even clowns have heart attacks.

I wonder how many of the girls are already getting “just our secret” sexts from Drexel.
I honestly don't know how Nick can be friends with Drex knowing that Drex dated a woman, then started secretly fucking her daughter as soon as she became 18, especially as a father with daughters. Maybe he thinks there is no way Drex would ever do a similar thing to him? But if Drex could, why wouldn't he? He's shown that he's a sex pest creep. Not only does Drex have no regrets about what he did, he openly brags about it because he thinks it makes him look cool.

I get that they've been friends a very long time and ditching such friends is a tough thing to do. On the other hand, Drex secretly hitting on one of his daughters to groom them into a "I fucked my best friend's daughter" goon fantasy is not an out-of-left-field paranoid delusion.

No, it's the kind that chronic opioid abusers get. Otherwise it's extremely rare in adults without brainstem damage or a heart condition.

ETA: also, it's extremely dangerous for someone with CSA to drink and then fall asleep, because alcohol further suppresses respiratory drive. Other CNS depressants are a risk too, including benzodiazepines.
"Our Wife isn't fat!, she's just a junkie!"

Please Lord let Rackets keep self owning by WebMDing his excuses.

I’m not defending Drexel but correcting the record because I keep seeing this repeated (I even heard PPP state it as verified fact on KC). According to Drexel, he and the mom were “just friends,” he knew the girl when she was 13, and she was in her early 20s when she asked him for S&M tutorials/chaperoning. None of that makes it okay, but it’s gross enough without embellishing what Drexel boasted about. He had zero inkling that he should be ashamed of himself or that others would be horrified, so I don’t think he was inclined to clean up the story.

This is why I think Ty at least deserves a censure. The lowest grade of punishment. I'm not one of those people that thinks every lawyer who does a fucky-wucky should be disbarred, but what he did here should be officially declared an act of turbo-retardation by the State of Texas. OBVIOUSLY, such lazy and dishonest conduct can have delirious effects on one's client, and I think there's a teachable moment here for other lawyers that may spare some other future litigant undeserved hardship.

I think he should be executed purely because of felony unironically quoting Sun Tzu.
