It appears @FROG is cutting bait on Nick Rekieta (he also commented on the clip, his is the one at the bottom)

Camelot sheepishly saying "to be fair, he's been under a lot of stress, so..." :story:

Sean has officially talked more about the final outcome of the Vic case, in just 14 minutes, than Nick has. It's actually rather amusing. In 2019, that was like a good 80% or so of Nick's content. Now it's something he'd rather not discuss, and everybody else uses as a punchline.
Nick talked about it in some more detail recently.

Not sure if this was posted.

As I said before, the tone sounds very different from the way he talked about Vic before, even after the appeal failed. I wonder if something happened.

I feel like Libertarianism is fine as a transition point, but only degenerates or neer-do-wells tend to stay there since it necessarily provides cover for aberrant behavior. Libertarianism has nothing to say about morality, frequently forgets that corporate power is basically government, and generally has no way of holding a society together.

It's like half an ideology on stilts in a trench coat that pretends problems it doesn't address directly will work themselves out via "muh free-market". Amusing, but prone to tripping over itself.
This annoys me probably more than it should but it tilts me a bit that people identify libertarianism with degenerates like Nicky here because he and people like him love to grab it as a shield for themselves when doing all kinds of horrible things, it's the same shit they try to do with Christian doctrine but since vastly fewer people are familiar with the politisperging of that sphere it tends to fly way more often.
Not to put too much of a finer point on it but most serious people in that space like the crowd around the Mises institute very clearly acknowledge that their worldview requires strong cohesion. They are also often perfectly fine with authority, they just want it to come from a better source than the managerial state which would be, presumably, better aligned to the local group it serves.
But alas many of these online lolbertarians, Nick very much included, don't even get beyond the obvious point that "liberty" is not simply being unimpeded while making yourself a slave to desire or substance. But this seems just like a common grasping at anything to justify your dissent.

the few serious libertarians i've heard of all seemed to have very strict social conservative views, their libertarianism seemed to be more about how they themselves want to be the ones who enforce these views within their families and communities rather than allow the state to have that power.
but these mises/hayek/friedman/sowell types are a rather small minority, the bulk of libertarians are just in it because
>dude i want to buy weed and hookers!
>and paying less taxes would be kinda nice too i guess...

...Is Nick worried that a lawsuit from Vic is coming his way for providing him legal advice?

He's been looking increasingly like shit for long before the butcher's bill over Vic was released.

It's funny though to see even CG weirdos admit Ty is a fuckup.

No, but that clip is not even 3 minutes, and largely deflects from the very simple question he was asked. My point still stands that Sean has commented on recent developments more than Nick has.

Also him saying he's not Vic's lawyer feels like a strawman. Who's accusing him of that? Anybody? Most people seem to get that Ty was Vic's lawyer. Nick is being asked if HE thinks Ty fucked Vic. It's not a complicated question.

I also do not believe for a second he didn't read the order when it came down. The man just not want to acknowledge the L any more than he has to.

the Weebwars conclusion makes me wish elissa clips would make a clip with PPP calling Nick Rekieta a loser and mocking him for fucking over Vic. That was 4 years ago during the simptext saga when PPP got on Rekieta's show to destory him, dick and drexel. People in this very thread were offended PPP called it so early in the weeb wars saga but he was right about everything that episode. we all have the exact same opinions about Rekieta and dick that PPP and anyone else with a brain had 4 years ago. and i want elissa to make that clip to prove how good PPP was at seeing through all of Nick,Dick, and everyone else's bullshit.
you got a link to that stream?
@elb any interest in clipping this, maybe as a retro throwback?
I’d immediately bull rush through the crowd, trampling (to the untrained eye) children and the elderly because someone needs to be a leader and clear the exit.
Is that a heckin’ Seinfeld reference my guy?

Yeah most serious ones substitute the authority from somewhere, they don't pretend that they don't have very clear ideals and visions about how they want to live and with whom around them with specific conduct rules. The "right" to discriminate comes up often enough and is a good point to get lolberts seething.
I am not sure they are the small minority, at least not in the actual politically active segment since the Mises types actually captured the US Party from what I gather as non-burger. Granted they are probably still rare unicorns in the wider "I call myself libertarian" crowd.
Not to mention that IMO a lot of those end up dropping the economic points anyway and wander into less tainted groups.

To this day, I still don't understand how a person can look at something like the Balldo and not think it's a bad joke or gag novelty gift that's intended to shock and disgust. What level of coomer do you need to be to not only think it's a good idea but to use it and then tell the world about it.

what actually is the balldo?
i haven't really followed rekeita much until the mandy happening went down two months ago. what i gathered from people memeing about it, it sounds like it is some ball-shaped dildo, and the company that makes it sponsored rekeitas stream or paid him for a shoutout or something like that, and now people clown on him for taking money from a gay sex toy company. is that correct?

It's something you shove your balls into so that you can use your balls as a dildo.

Balldo wasn't paid for this, he simply saw it, used it, did a review, and then begged the company to sponsor him, which as far as I know they never did. He made a whole review video talking about how amazing it was, even if he didn't achieve a "ballgasm" while using it on Kayla, and then he bought all of his friends one, including Drex and made Drex discuss it with him on stream.

In the review video he went into excessive detail about his experience with it.

It's a rubber thing you put round your actual balls so you can then penetrate your partner with them for some reason. Why literally anyone other than a booze-addled sex pest would think this is anything other than literally the most retarded idea imaginable, no-one knows. This is an actual illustration from their site:

He also had our wife on to talk about how she totally liked and enjoyed him using it, if I remember right. He saw a thing people found mildly amusing and just made it very uncomfortable.
