Unfortunately, this is beyond a termination. They openly slandered her on tape. Everyone in EN should be smart enough to see the writing on the wall. Not mentioning it is not an option.

I wonder what the fuck spurred them into saying anything, if they had just stayed quiet Doki was content to move on and continue doing whatever she has had planned for continuing on as an indie.

Her moving on hurt the stock, it wasn't a negliable lost, it got them a black eye and they aren't just going to take it. They're a black company, she is THEIR product, she's not allowed to succeed without them. They feel owed everything she does. It's an insult that she isn't dead and is instead thriving. So they're responding to be insulted by trying to tear he down, only to just shoot themselves in the foot in anger, multiple times

It makes me wonder if Doki's push to revive/preserve the "dragoon" fan name played any factor in this current phase of the meltdown at NijiEN. It should be a crazy thing to suggest but we're clearly not talking about measured professionals here and I just know somebody at corporate got their balls tweaked when they found out.

That being the case, the reason for her being bullied and harassed before leaving is unexplained.

I'm subscribing to the idea that she rejected a sexual advance from Riku when she went to Japan and met Kanae, and he's been smalldick angry ever since.
