If you held a gun to my head and asked me to side between Selen and Niji, I'd pick Selen. But that choice would be based on a mixture of gut instinct and claims other people outside of the conflict have made about Niji, not anything actually concrete. If you can actually point towards anything I've said that's wrong, be my guest.

Ok, to be fair, it's mostly just one big loop; but she was being informed in real time that her ex-coworkers have read her private legal documents and are now shitting on her to tens of thousands of people when all she wanted to do was forget about the whole situation and play Neopets. The fact she was even somewhat coherent is a pretty impressive IMO.

That's the funniest part, until they kept talking the only one who'd definitively done anything wrong was Selen. They could've just fired her for encouraging people to re-upload her cover and even if Selen still took the same path she currently took they would've come out ahead. Instead they went with a manifesto that brought their other talents into it, claimed she wasn't paying people (which lead to people she'd commissioned saying she paid them after Niji didn't), and have continued to double down since.

Genuine question. Weren't 'proofs of harassment' from other talents and secret recording of Vox also a part of the documents that Selen's lawyers provided to Nijisanji and expected not to disclose to anyone besides Nijisanji's legal dept? If so, how justified were they in demanding that Nijisanji doesn't inform their talents of accusations against them?

People have been telling me that Nijisanji leaked her medical documents. Wrong, that''s not something that even Selen claimed. Diagnosis and reason for stay are not bits of information that any reasonable person would ever consider confidential. People have been telling me that Selen has been consistent and steadfast in her statements. That's true, because Selen has barely said anything. We don't know what the logs are between Selen and management. People have been telling me that Nijisanji has behaved incompetently, which I agreed with. What else am I missing?

I agree with this, but its also part of why I'm cautious about siding with Selen as blindly as everyone else here is. I suspect that it might be another Zaion situation, where an incompetent manager is put in charge of an unruly employee and they cause a massive shitshow due to their mutual fuckery. In the case of Zaion, she was mistreated and fired in a really horrible way, but likely would've still been fired even if the management had been good.

If the Aster sex pest screenshots are real then that means that Scarle was the original source. She's probably not the one who leaked them onto 4chan but she's the only one they can blame right now. It wouldn't surprise me if there's already something lined up for her if/when everyone stops paying attention
