He gave that up to become another worthless video game streamer, as if the world needed more talent less hacks to sit and play games all day. Wonder what his wife Tammy jr thinks after wasting her time going to university to educate herself. She will end up paying all the bills. The video game streamer job market is over saturated. I'm a packet dipshit, but my grandma swore by saving bacon grease. Just don't go buying bacon up like a fucking Scalfani.

Chicken goes nicely with a white country gravy, but I've no clue what you like.

1/4 cup butter (or oil), melted in a saucepan, whisk in 1/4 cup flour, stir over medium heat until foamy, add in two cups chicken broth or until the consistency you like, and cook until thickened, it's literally that easy. Salt and pepper to taste and add anything else you think would be good, smoked paprika, thyme, crushed garlic, rosemary, cayenne, heavy cream, chili powder, white wine, sky's the limit. As Chef John might say, you are the Betsy Ross of your chicken sauce.

This is the way to do it. When you roast something you gotta scrape down those sides, the bottom of the pan and get all those roasty toasty bits loose.

A basic gravy is really nothing more than stock, some aromatics like carrots and onion, simmered down, strained and then thickened with some flour, a roux or beurre manié a.k.a. kneaded butter. It's a mixture of equal parts butter and flour. And if you have pan drippings you add them to resulting mixture.

Yeah there is just no way his digestive system is working properly at this point. It's why I believe he's got himself at an "equilibrium" just shitting undigested grease and god knows what other unholy horrors entering the sewage system via the hell portal that is Fatty's toilet in the Scalfani household. He's been eating like a pig for years at this point, the carnywhore diet isn't much of a change for him and if his body were attempting to process everything he ate, he'd be a candidate for that my 600 pound life show(or whatever the fuck it was called) by now.

A gravy is always best when it's made with pan juices, but @Frog Man asked for something to go with an already cooked rotisserie chicken so I suggested something simpler.

I honestly don't understand the keto and carnivore things. Sure, cutting out carbs may help you lose weight, but saturated fat and sodium are also killers without having veg in the mix. If you're not going to eat veg, you must have to be on a lot of supplements.
