Some possibles:
- Well trained AI (text to speech or voice to voice) created using either an online service like Murf.ai, Lovo.ai or possibly Coqui.ai online or locally using github version. It would be prudent to check all these services to see if a default or paywalled voice is being used. Something I will be checking into soon.
- Pays a female friend or family member to voice videos, if not may pay a voice artist on a site like fiverr (that can also be checked to see if voice matches any voice artist for hire).
- Is actually female but is a fat tub of lard like Chantal and thus larps as more attractive woman than she is. I've ripped the video and will be running it through Adobe Audition to see if I can pick up on any heavy breathing or to see if edits were made to the audio. Will also help determine if audio is computer generated. There are certain giveaways like lack of natural sound anomalies etc.
I think the first option is most likely, the third is a distinct possibility. It sounds like a natural female voice and years ago I would have said that means 3 is the only possibility, but it's shocking how convincing AI voice-masking can be. However I didn't notice any tell-tale signs of AI use but a look under the microscope might clear that up. I think 2 is a distant option as the person speaking is far too familiar with what is going on, they can ramble in a way only someone familiar with the Sektur nonsense could.
Like yourself I have been pretty busy of late so I don't have as much time as I would like to look into things but if you want to give out tasks I can certainly try to help.
It might be useful to compare the "new" voice to the old one she posted as being Queen on Bantz
Queen of Bantz:
Metokur Fembot:
Side by side (23-26 seconds is a quick comparison of both saying Hi):
It could be someone putting on a higher pitched voice and hiding their accent but then you wonder why she can't hide her accent in the newest voice clip. She sounds a lot older too. I'm not sure if it was ever confirmed where the original voice came from but I believe she would bring it up whenever trying to prove to someone she was a real girl - it could be a Fiverr person in the original or someone she knew that wasn't as familiar with the scene (thus the moments of hesitation especially when it comes to show names)
You're right in that they have plenty of money from some source. The current story is they are a lab assistant involved in studying astrobiology, which gives them a lot of time to sit in various chats and money to donate. Would disability payments be enough for someone to be able to drop hundreds on a whim? Given Geekthulu's story about the person who met up with Bantz, it could be someone who received some sort of payment they are living off of, in actuality a giant fat man (obesity in part caused by whatever injury/illness gave them the money to live online). A stay at home wife is possible but unless they have a LOT of money I don't see any potential partner being okay with them dropping hundreds to streamers. Maybe I am wrong on that.
It's something to think about and I agree, we should try to sort the bullshit from the real if at all possible.
