General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Calli, Fuwamoco and Milky Queen are playing Mario Party together, which means one of them will die soon, but Mococo screaming like a psychopath during the minigames is worth the blood sacrifice.

I'm also pretty sure Calli has rolled a 1 on every single dice roll so far.
Prepping Gura's next sacrifice in case NijiEn isn't enough, naruhodo.

If they're actually continuing in the same manner and unironically writing up a list of Scarle crimes right now then they deserve whatever happens

According to the fine folks at /vt/ who are watching streams, Aia is apparently crying in her member stream, and Scarle has straight up ditched her member stream. She has a non-member stream in an hour so that should be hilarious.
Honestly, any Nijisanji EN streaming at this point should be hilarious.
People was joking that NijiEN behind the scene is turning into an irl Among Us, but I have a feeling they have moved past that stage now and is now at their Lord of the Flies phase

Plantation slavery how quaint our employees will kill themselves before they even think of of leaving or disobeying us
Njisanji showing blacks they could always have had it worse.

He sounds too much like a stereotypical dad. I don't know how to describe it.
truck hat wearing 5'oclock shadow coming in t-shirt dad.

Scarle is MIA.
"They wouldn't. No one is that stupid right now."
Is what I'd like to say - but this is Nijisanji and they seem to be hellbent on killing themselves.

Scarle is the only Niji "Liver" atm with any balls.
That's definitely how it seems right now, but I'm hoping we eventually find out there are others who haven't just rolled over and accepted this flagrant tomfuckery without complaint.

Seriously, am I missing something by thinking that all they had to do was announce the termination and then shut up? Surely they could've used Selen's handling of the MV incident as sufficient pretense and just waited out the vast majority of the bad PR. Did that Impact Report even need to happen? Is there some obscure quirk of Japanese law that required it? I'm extremely ignorant of how "fiduciary duties" and other such corporate obligations work, and it would be great to hear any points in favor of them being obligated to publish something to the shareholders. Mostly I'm just wracking my brain trying to find the find the inflection point where Niji entered the Costa Concordia timeline.

Niji didn't have to say shit. They could have shut their mouths until their next mandatory shareholder meeting. Their entire handling of this has been bizarre.

And on that note, are we ready to admit that NijiEN has more than likely effectively gone rogue from the rest of the company and has no oversight at all. There is no way in hell they coordinated the release of that EN liver video and statement with the CEO's video. The two videos were literally the polar opposite in terms of tone and messaging. I doubt EN knew what Riku was going to say in that video and how he was going to conduct it, and I seriously doubt the Japanese HQ okayed any part of the EN liver video, or the subsequent Twitter statement. At this point, EN are basically just doing whatever the hell they want, and the Japanese company is just clueless.

You've brought up a great point. We know Hololive was willing to axe the entirety of the CN branch in the aftermath of the Taiwan incident, when talents and management were openly defying upstream corporate and announcing plans to break away. At what point does Nijisanji feel like they're in a similar position and should be considering similar hard choices?

2 hours and she's still not live, which is apparently unheard of for her. A literal stealth suspension

E: Also i don't know if its just me but if you search for scarle's youtube channel it doesn't appear right at the top as most usually do. you literally have to scroll down a bit. Shadowbanned?

I have a bad feeling about this
If she's actually suspended or fired, they would have taken down the stream by now
Why is it still up? Doesn't the management have access to the talent's channel?

Remember Selen's mods going rogue? Same reason, probably. That being chronic incompetence.

I think that en branch management is there just to make sure talents meet their financial goals and that's it. And if they meet their goals they get to get away with whatever.

Was it Zaion that had said that drama is promoted from within since it brings monies?
How is that working out, eh?

some speculate that she changed her work account passwords without the managements knowledge which is why they could not get into her twitter account and link-post the Elira stream.
