It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

Canadian man steals $180,000 worth of gold coins from Canadian mint. He smuggled them out in his ass.

Apparently the thief wasn't the only person to shove a gold coin into his anus in this case
the trial was presented with the prospect that a [gold] puck could be concealed in an anal cavity and not be detected by the [metal detecting] wand. In preparation for these proceedings, in fact, a security employee actually tested the idea

The Hagerstown Police Department released late Wednesday night two body-worn camera videos from officers who were on the scene after the accident involving a 15-year-old bicyclist striking a car on Sunday.

According to a news release from the City of Hagerstown, staff worked for several hours on Wednesday to process the video in an effort to protect the identity of the juvenile in accordance with Maryland law, as well as the subject whose vehicle was struck in the incident.

Body-worn cameras are constantly buffering a 30-second cycle. During the cycle, only video is captured. The video being released starts in the middle of a buffering cycle and has video only for several seconds before the audio begins, the release said.

Black Man accused of racism

To be fair, this is Ntokozo Qwabe, a giant asshole who tried to get the statue of Rhodes removed from Oxford University.... while being funded to study there entirely by the Rhodes Foundation. He was BTFO'd by the university Dean who pointed out there were plenty of places he could study where a marble statue wouldn't trigger him.

He went back to SA where he wanted to whip whitey and was even smacking phones out of people's hands with a sodding great stick.

Activist assaults mayor with pie, leaves with stitches and a felony charge after the mayor knocks him out:

Pie-ing is a fairly time honored method of mocking a public official. It's also a crime, of course, but generally a fairly tame form of assault. People who do this kind of thing and more or less get away with it also often don't use a real pie (this clown used coconut cream), but something like whipped cream in a styrofoam pie plate. You want to avoid any possibility of physically injuring the target.

Here's where this guy fucked up and why he's looking at a felony and not a "you naughty boy."

"Strait said the mayor was talking to dinner guests when a man approached him from the side, grabbed him by the arm, yanked him off balance and slammed a pie into his face."

NO! WRONG!

So is pie-ing someone, really. You could end up shot if you fuck up and make them think you're actually dangerous, which is easy to do these days. But you definitely do not actually physically contact them.

This guy pretty much belongs in prison.

Dog stabs owner with knife in Hudson, family in disbelief
Deputies didn't believe the story at first

HUDSON, Colo. -- They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, but a young dog in Hudson may have accidentally learned something new after stabbing her owner with a knife on Wednesday.

No, you're not reading that wrong.

Celinda Haynes, the owner of a one-and-a-half-year-old Chesapeake Bay retriever dog named "Mia," was rushed to the hospital Wednesday morning after Mia reached over her and stabbed her left forearm with a paring knife.

"[Mia] likes to grab whatever she can to get people to play with her," explained Haynes' daughter, Chanda Stroup to Denver7.

As it turns out, Mia is rather large for her age and was able to climb to the kitchen counter, where she found her new sharp toy.

Trying to get Mia to let go of the knife, Haynes reportedly put treats on the ground and in her excitement, Mia reached over her arm and stabbed the owner when she went for the treats.

"I need to go to the hospital," Haynes told her daughter. "Mia just cut my arm with a knife!"

The wound -- a gash approximately 4-to-5-inches long and a quarter-of-an-inch-wide -- surprised medical staff at Platte Valley Medical Center, who did not believe the story at first. But they were not the only ones.

"I had to make sure I heard that right," said Brent Flot, the town Marshal.

Deputies were dispatched to the hospital as well as Haynes' home to investigate a case of possible domestic violence. At the hospital, officials did not believe the story. Back at the family's home, Flot found blood everywhere, which prompted suspicion.

Deputies contacted Haynes' husband to flesh out any suspicions of domestic violence, but he had been at the DMV renewing his license when the stabbing unfolded.

By the end of the day, Haynes had several stitches on her arm and the family was laughing about the situation.

As for Mia? "She felt pretty bad," Stroup said.

Pedophile is convicted of sexually assaulting a 10 year old girl and is convicted to 19 years in prison. During the sentencing he jumps up and tries to attacks one of the prosecutors before he's tackled to the ground. Now he faces new charges that will put him away for even longer.

He also plans to appeal the sexual assault charges.

About 14 miles to the north, on the third floor of Veterans Memorial Courthouse, prosecutors made their pitch to Ingham County Circuit Court Judge James Jamo that Harding, who video shows attacked an assistant prosecutor in a Lansing courtroom last month, should spend decades in prison for sexually assaulting a then 10-year-old girl in a cemetery.
...

In a cemetery?
