What the fuck is a counter-retreat? How the fuck do you "counter-retreat", isn't that called an "advance"? I mean I never went to West Point or anything, but I've played enough Command and Conquer to know that doesn't sound right.

FWIW, Russia Today is saying that the Kremlin spokesman has responded and said that Biden is trying to use the statements to force approval of his Ukraine bill. But interestingly he didn't say Russia is not. So it sounds like the suggestion of a nuclear EMP device to disable satellites. If that doesn't trigger a Kessler Syndrome (cloud of high speed fragments in orbit that would cause a cascade of debris in orbit) then I supposes that's a good thing. I mean, the US satellites are providing the intelligence that is leading directly to the deaths of Russian soldiers. So IF they have developed the capability to do this (I'll need more evidence personally) then it's hardly surprising.
