I've been waiting to see if a slapfight would occur but it seems like Em is either ignoring the dissenting viewpoint or hasn't checked DA for some time. I'm also a little curious as to how they stumbled across that post as I don't think they've had any prior interactions and that post lacked the usual dozen or so hashtags.

While Ilia-Mae don't name the Samnation blog they do mention it and appear to also be aware of Emily's blog. They're not quite as random as they appeared to be at first glance meaning they've likely had direct or indirect actions with Emily before on SecondLife or former DEC, but they may also be another Kiwi lurker. They also state to Em that "between you and the other parties I think all of you are wrong".

In between all of the usual lies Em states that she did attempt taking legal action so no idea how truthful that is.

Based on what we know, there are three possibilities:

1: She has no understanding of legal battles but she has watched Youtubers talk about frivolous DMCA strikes and understands that its srs bizniz. She simply is unable understand how to start a process even as a pro se litigant. I believe she would have done something with her step father by now if she did have the mental capacity.

2: She has mush mouthed to the police, hoping they will track down these cyber criminals and kick their doors down. Police are baffled at trying to decipher what she's saying and contact her tard wrangler to take her home.

3: She has mush mouthed to a lawyer, hoping they will take care of everything. Lawyer is baffled as to how Emily got into his office without arranging an appointment beforehand and then contacts her tard wrangler to take her home.

Keep in mind, she seems unable to even find Nulls email to request this thread to be taken down and only @'d him once back in October. She also thinks her court victory was a police report regarding child neglect.
Obviously she wants attention but I highly doubt she even knows how to start a legal process. It doesn't occur to her that maybe she should try to understand by doing some research, maybe starting with Google or something.
Besides, it's so much easier to just swat others, as Emily would know.

Look at the other arm rest. Its smudged black. She tried drawing on the other side of the chair before recording this.
There's also a black mark on the seat itself. Either she tried using that as a canvas or she shit herself one time and stained it.

Wait, why the hell is she drawing on cardboard? It makes no difference authenticity-wise if its on that or regular paper.

If she really wants to prove her art is original, she can just photo/scan the sketch with all the guidelines and stuff still visible (as pens and pencils leave physical imprints on paper. If you have a sketchbook, you can test this for yourself by looking at a blank page and see the pencil lines from the previous page have left a faint imprint you can see by holding it up to the light)
