Russ may produce some of the most consistent, finest milk, when taken holistically.

Fatrick produces similar quantities, but damn if it's almost always exactly the same except for a few typos; Russ is always at the foreskinfront of new and amazing milk types and styles. Nothing really ever remains constant; he learns somewhat.

Russ is one of the few old school lolcows that still exist. Sure there are a few people who fuck with him, but a majority of his content comes from him being a retard. He tries to hide his hilarious posts on social media by deleting it but his pro se filings are forever. And he refuses to learn from these failed lolsuits

So another work week passed and the Judge hasn't said anything, but if he doesn't grant the extension, Russ is fucked at this point, right?

It would be hilarious if the Judge waits the whole 90 days before saying "Ahem, EXTENSION DENIED! Which means you missed all your deadlines and lose the lawsuit automatically! FUCK YOU!"

So if this gets dismissed by Russell not following the dates, can he still file this frivolous lolsuit again? And would he owe legal fees?
No, it would be dismissed with Prejudice. Knowing Russ though, he would just appeal that dismissal. So fear not that the chaos Ending will actually end anything.

The entire lawsuit ending because Russ got lazy and wouldn't actually do what is required to sustain it would be both hilarious and anti climactic.
He's a pro se he will get a small extension to file something. They generally want to make them feel heard - but Russ may have enough bad conduct before the court already (between Hardin's filings and his "I'll file it on this date" outburst") that he won't have as long of a leash as I'm afraid he will.

I'd certainly love to be wrong.

Your mention of a long leash stirred within me a childhood memory of what is certainly Greer's cartoon altar-ego.

I know it's off topic for this thread, but this reads like a delicious blend of the Navy Seals copypasta, and Sovereign Citizen craziness. From a brief skim of the other documents on the case, I'm getting even more SovCit-like vibes. This case should make for some entertaining reading.

To bring things back to the thread, I don't think Russ is quite so bold to tell the court to suck his balls. But, even as a newcomer to this thread, I've notice what others have described: Russ' need to EXPLAIN. I can't help but wonder if we're going to see Russ explaining why the court should force the lawyers from his appeal to represent him again. Or maybe explain why Null should pay for Russ' lawyers, becuse Null has the money, and its just not fair that Null can have money to pay for a competent lawyer, but Russ can't. Or maybe Russ will explain his plans to start a brothel, and how all of the ladies he's going to hire are going to bring him the money he needs for lawyers, and so that's why the court should allow him to put the case on indefinite hold for now. Whatever it is, we're sure to have nice long, rambling documents, made all the funnier by tons of irrelevant details.

He'd better get the shit done in the meantime. We know he's not
