I personally don't think they're the same person, Kengle almost banned CF recently because he was posting gore on cow profiles like Ashley. CF seems younger and I don't think Kengle would have an anime themed profile, know a lot about ED and 4chan and be able to suppress his urge to comment on Nigerian drama.

I also noticed they seem to be under the impression I'm against reporting crimes to the police because I stickered @fedoralordjish as dumb for saying that archiving Zoom's recorded admission to watching CSAM was "vigilante shit". Weird guys!
