What I don't understand is that breast implants don't feel like boobs. While I don't have the mindset of these people, the fun of boobs relates directly to how they feel. So the idea of wanting ones that don't look like proper boobs and that wouldn't feel liked boobs is just so fucking strange.

troons have the worst priorities. this nigga is having constant infections and is on a treadmill of antibiotics and is primarily worried about being smelly. That is the least of his problems. each round of antibiotics increases the chance of a resistant infection. people with conditions that cause frequent infections, like cystic fibrosis and lung infections, inevitably deal with this. it can be extremely damaging to the body over time, and the stronger antibiotics have the potential to damage the body even when you take them at the correct dosage. I have heard of gentomycin causing permanent vertigo in an unfortunate subset of people. vancomycin has a known risk of liver injury. both of those are given through IVs only so you have to get admitted somewhere. that is his future if he doesn't get it under control. I also think it is hilarious that they think probiotics will right the ship somehow, when there are no known healthy bacteria for skin inverted into a deep surgical pit in the pelvis. for all we know healthy skin flora in such a situation could cause infections. There is no natural flora for an unnatural orifice, and I doubt anyone is going to evolve such a thing within their lifetime.

Wounds are still healing nicely. I’ve started lowering my doses of pain killers as it’s going well. I’ve also started picking up outdoor activities again. Took a walk around the neighbourhood to pick up a parcel and do some (very light) groceries. It was quite tiring but also very satisfying to be able to do these kinds of things myself again. Swelling is going down slowly but steadily: I can now see the head of my penis, which is nice haha.

Scrotum is softening, though the right side is still harder (and larger) than the left. The stench from the wounds is still improving and is now close to odourless and scar tissue is forming around the edges of the wounds. Feeling less gross now that granulation tissue has started forming and visibly closing up the wound. Am fascinated by the healing process again hahaha.

Another dutch person. There's so many I come across. WTF is happening to the Netherlands?

As you can see, your PH level is waaay too high. As we all know from chemistry, you lower the PH level through a base.

TLDR: Douche with lye, that’ll fix your ph levels!
