Holy shit. This is incredible to have this script when the comic isn't coming out for another 3 years. I'm already dying of laughter on the characters page:

"Meteorman" is literally "Superman, but with an M." Everyone's age is a perfect multiple of 5; you can't make this shit up.

Edit: Going to put things that stick out to me on my first reading under a spoiler, will edit as I go through this.
Holy shit! This is comedy gold and not in the way that Vito hopes. This is so bad. Tom King can write better in his sleep and Tom King sucks. This is the comic that EVS is saying is a masterpiece and better than Isom? This makes Isom look like a Fyodor Dostoevsky novel. God now I want Null to get his hands on this comic. The laughs he and chat will have.

I was thinking of writing up a review, but this is so dull and incoherent I'm tapping out halfway through. It really is the kind of sub-mediocre garbage you'd expect from Vito.
Anyway here is every mention of 'anime' and 'sweat' in the script:

(Anime sweat bulb on Beck?)

He is breathing heavy, sweating, one hand bracing his weight against the door as he threatens to topple over.

(anime sweat drop?)

Sweat bulb?

He sweats, weak and desperate.

Meteorman is in pain, and sweating.

(sweat drop)

A1 - A2

Your brain is broken if any sum of money is worth the reputation of "obese pedophile, but also chill and funny." Considering all his money goes towards long-term forms of suicide such as eating himself to death, I hope he eats a million dollars worth of tacos every time someone points out he's a pedophile.
All "chill and funny" guys have to keep telling everyone how chill and funny they are.
"Keep making me rich, dummies"
Oh no we fell for his trap card. He's making dozens of dollars on youtube. DOZENS.

God the way how women are written in this is just dreadful. Show this to the feminists over at r/MenWritingWomen and watch them have a stroke in real time. The women are written how a greaseball incel would write women. Also, Vito's comic has multiverses in it. For those that don't know comics, multiverses are mostly used by talentless hacks to tell a story or save a character from dying. Basically the "He is not dead! This takes place in Earth-934 not Prime Earth" bullshit.

"on earth-934, the age of consent is actually 8, so..."

You didn't even make it to the gay s&m sex and reveal that meteorman is a groomer?

Maybe one of you heroes willing to read all this swill can confirm, but based on the main character descriptions this is just a shit version of Kick-Ass, isn't it?
Social media am I right? And how bout that airplane food?
"Could these website names be any dumber?" [Joey and Ross laugh hysterically]

Subtle racism and "anime sweat bulb" is not a real thing according to Google:
For those who don't know, it's this, stylistically used to communicate 'hot under the collar' type embarrassment or anxiety.

I get it's a draft, and a parody of superhero stuff, but this kind of hamfisted comedic deconstruction really isn't on-vogue anymore. Part of the reason Eric July seems to have gotten a lot of support (beyond his comic actually existing) is ISOM is a grounded, traditional non-pandering mature and gritty story that obviously draws from personal life experience - Vito (and Dick for that matter) seem to think that anything serious is automatically lame. But there's nothing to say about comic books tropes that hasn't been said a hundred times already and a hundred times better than this puerile guff.

Also, Vito's comedy is contrived, and it drags. Imagine illustrating a whole page of a teller and a bank robber arguing about grammar and it doesn't have a punchline. It doesn't even follow through from the previous conversation, as the teller was scared, and suddenly isn't. Again, yes it's a draft but knowing Vito's work ethic, it's going to stay this way.

...multiverses are mostly used by talentless hacks to tell a story or save a character from dying. Basically the "He is not dead! This takes place in Earth-934 not Prime Earth" bullshit.
It hints that he hasn't really planned out the story. Even though this 'Space Between the Worlds' thing obviously exists solely to justify fourth wall breaking gags, multiverses are completely ruinous to any kind of story because if they're not treated carefully they destroy all sense of scale or stakes. Nobody can conceptualize infinity, much less care.

Vito treats absolutely nothing about this comic seriously, so why should anybody pay serious money for it?

Yeah I got bored 5 minutes into it. So I just skipped to towards the end and got to this.
rick and morty humor.png
Ah my favorite cliche of cliches, the Rick and Morty self aware humor. Because you know in real life when someone does say a cliched phrase you go "MAN THAT'S SUCH A CLICHE THING! TO SAY" No we fucking don't, I've never even heard the word cliche used in a conversation. This is the laziest kind of writing.
For the record I associate it with Rick & Morty just because of this one dumb one off joke. Which in hindsight is really silly to even be mad about because it is just used as a silly gag at the end of the episode. Still I hate it

SAM: Huh huh huh huh huh, Hey Metorman I'm gonna shoot you
METEORMAN: Ha ha ha ha. Cool. Ha ha ha hah. Guns are cool.
