Jesus just buy a $30 double electric breast pump on Temu and save some dollars. That's what I did lol. Works perfectly fine.

There is another reason for mum's to pump and that's if their baby won't/can't breastfeed but they still want to feed breast milk. It's not as effective as actual breast feeding for supply IME but Robyn probably won't keep it up long anyway.

You beat me too it. The el cheapo wearable pumps from temu or the knock off brands on amazon work just fine.

Most insurance will send you a free pump as well. Its usually a stand alone (not wearable) type, but beggers can't be choosers.

There's pumping bras you can buy or even make with an old sports bra. Get a double pump that can work on batteries, get a D clip and a small bag and deal.
You can buy used pumps too, to cut down on costs. The Willow looks cool and all, but it only takes their own brand of weirdly shaped bags. At least with a Lansinoh you can find compatible bottles.

Physical therapy and speech therapy are also used for maintenance. Physical therapy can work on Luna's contractures, to try to loosen them up and stabilize them, or at least slow the progression. Speech therapy is also for learning/relearning to use your mouth, lips, teeth and tongue to eat and swallow.
The only therapy I'd argue for in Luna's case would be physical therapy for her contractures. She has no brain to analyze pain, but you just assume pain in these cases anyway.

Physical therapy to alleviate contractures and bedsores totally makes sense to me, but Luna doesn't use her mouth to eat and has never learned to speak or shown progress towards that. (If I sound frustrated it's at MCD, not you.)

The PT has been confirmed as being licensed, but she only runs off of facebook and probably barely met the requirements to be licensed.

But then again Robyn used a midiwfe that was known to have killed a child during a birth from IG before.
