With gluten free diet baked goods, they at least introduced new ways to add flavor to stuff. Like adding almond flour or other nut flours to a meringue for flavor. Made a nice nutella like soufflé that uses eggs, hazelnut powder, and chocolate. What jack made just seems like a bland meringue. When vegans make dishes that replicate meat, it comes across as though they're craving meat. Jack is doing this for bread, but in a more disgusting way.
