Why is her art always scribbly or sloppy?

Many reasons; for starters, she tends to do everything on precisely one layer; initial sketchwork/proportions, final lines, coloring, all done on just one layer. Anything she doesn't like is taken out by judicious use of the eraser which also takes out anything else nearby since she's again only using one layer. She also rarely zooms in or out so most of the time is spent using the smallest zoom possible so any finer detail is awkward to place. All of her brushes are also generally on "Hardness: YES" unless she's trying to blend between colors so any sort of smoothing using other pixels just isn't happening. One of the advantages of doing digital art is the existence of things like the Undo option allowing you to immediately Undo whatever you just did if you decide you didn't like it, so naturally she never uses it and here comes the eraser again (which I'm fairly certain is not on "Hardness: YES" because it leaves traces/debris of whatever used to be there).

Thus, you get something that looks like it came from Windows XP's MS Paint then got JPEG compressed to shit.
