As for the editor, show researcher, producers, or clippers, Nick opines that then he would have to 'talk to them and give direction' and he hates doing that. A really GOOD employee automatically KNOWS what you want. He is also a terrible boss to work for, he jokes. He later said that such a person books shows and content, reads his email and responds, but he would not know what to do if they scheduled him to talk to someone and he 'did not want to do it that day'. He also added that what if he has private lawyer-client communications on his messaging accounts that they would access, and it might be an ethics breach if someone asked him a legal question on his social media.
