Do you ask people if they want the things with handles put in a bag? Do you put people shampoo upside down in a "this side up" box at Amazon? Figured out a way to have a dick in your signature and sign peoples checks that way?
How do you rebel against the system?

I peel open the kraft dinner boxes just a bit off the top so whenever some poor shmuck buys the box and opens it at home they get to deal with this shit.

You're a fucking monster and if I ever run into you in real life I will kill you flee in terror

Keep it together at work, breakdown at night when I get home from a day's graft to a load of emails, homework and bills I can afford by the skin of my teeth. Lather, rinse, repeat. Classic small business owner.

Used to be worth it cause I loved the job, but there's nothing like thirteen years of working with the cheap British public and eye watering taxes to make you devalue yourself and hate the world. This country robs you blind for hard work and gives you fuck all in return.

Until I can afford to leave, which looks like bloody never, I'm stuck shit posting my frustration away here.

My sincere apologies gentlemen, you don't deserve this either.

Having hobbies outside of work that I look forward to has helped. A light at the end of the tunnel if you will.

I also work for an organization that routinely fucks over their customers. It’s soul sucking. The nature of my work, the monopoly on the services we offer (they have no other choice). Puts me in a peculiar position where I can figuratively put my thumb on the scale and decide who’s the winner at the end of the day. The consumer or my organization. I’m the one who gets to determine who has to pay the bill.

I’ve found solace in my soul sucking line of work by going out of my way to help the customer at the expense of my organization. It may catch up with me one day but I don’t really care. Would finally be a reason to move on.
