Nick mentioned in one of the clips I watched his household went from 7 to 13, I don’t know any specifics but I’m assuming it was the family that was squatting in his other house that he needed to sell.

This doesn’t excuse his rampant alcoholism, but that is undeniably an annoying situation.

Which clip? This is the first I've heard of this anywhere.

"its so funny and interesting."

"The funny thing about law is how no matter how right I am, things can still turn out different than I predict because other people are wrong"

"The funny thing about parenthood is no matter how well I parent, kids can still turn out fucked up because they choose to react incorrectly to my techniques"

"The funny thing about alcohol is no matter how well I can handle it, my liver can still shut down based on a fluke of epigenetics"

"The funny thing about marriage is no matter how good of a husband I am, my wife can still choose to divorce me because she makes irrational decisions"

He has a reason why he is always right even when he is objectively not getting the results he wants. I had a bit of that in me as a teenager. I acted the way I wanted and treated people the way I wanted because I was "correct" and I was going to force reality to conform to my correctness. Then I grew up and stopped being such an insufferable cunt...for the most part. Nick is still a teenager with all the excuses in the world for why reality won't conform to his ego.

I think he is in the doghouse, didnt he streamed off the cuff streams in the kitchen now is what looks like basement? storage? Could be they decided he wakes up everyone with his comotion while getting shitfaced on stream and got exiled and the furthest the least noise conducive room?

Do they have some shack or guest house?

It seems he molds more into gollum hidden in a basement cave away from the family and everyone desperatly try to keep him away from the kids and normal people.
I get the idea that much complaining has been done about the countless hours he streams and drinks alone in the streaming room and it became a bone of contention. Maybe he promised to only spend X hours a day in there or he’s trying to prove he isn’t always hidden away drunk in the room.

I remember being a bit shocked a few months ago when I saw clips of him streaming in his kitchen. First time I’d ever seen him outside the streaming cave.

I think Kayla is upset he spends all his time locked in the room and drinking. Maybe him being outside the room is him trying to prove to household he’s totally not drunk, because if he’s in the room with the door closed it’s automatically assumed he’s getting hammered.

Knoxville was probably the first kid-free trip Kayla had in a decade
If anyone remembers, Nick took that trip to The Blaze and said he got roofied at the bar after the show. He has not been on a trip by himself since. I bet something happened aside from Kayla just wanting to get away from the kids for a bit.
I'd agree with this if it hadn't been for Hedonism 2 followed by the Faran leaks. The Faran leaks are way too overlooked, still hearsay, but we also have 0 reason to doubt it.
The only thing about the Faran leak is Nick framed it as Kayla wanting to swing. I think it's more likely that Nick wanted to swing, was attracted to Faran, and thought if he told her it was his wife's idea she'd be more open to it.
He claims that he doesn't like mixing drinking and modafinil because he had a bad experience at an event, I think this is the one where he went back to his hotel room and took pictures in the bathtub or something to send to Dick Masterson fan groups to own Maddox.
IIRC it was some event where his dad was. Nick was on provigil and had 1 maybe 2 drinks and was shittered. His dad thought he had drank a lot but then they figured out what had happened.
What happened to his promise to his family that if they wanted him to stop he would, I guarantee at this point his family told him he needed to stop.
No one in his family is a social media genius like he is, why would he listen to any of those incel prudes?
Sure, we KNOW he doesn’t want to do trial streams. Too much work!
Except now he says he really wants to do them, that they aren't work because there's no prep, you just show up. I'm sure it has nothing to do with other members of lawtube streaming multiple different trials and pulling good viewer numbers regardless.

Which clip? This is the first I've heard of this anywhere.
It was one of the clips where he’s making that stupid face complaining about his schedule. I’m busy at the moment but will look back later this morning

What does it mean when you don't feel anything from adderall? My heart felt weird for 10 minutes taking a couple of pills, but after that nothing. No energy, no concentration, I was quite disappointed.

Honest answer?

That means it actually worked as intended.
You’re not supposed to feel different. When properly dosed, you’re supposed to function as a normal adult without being super easily distracted. It’s supposed to regulate you. The “zombied out” effect happens when you over dose. Usually, you’ll just notice time going by faster because even though you don’t notice it, you’re focusing on stuff far more intently. Infamously, adderall leads to many people wasting entire days on social media because they were reading Twitter or Reddit before it kicked in.

A lot of people build a dependency on it because they take a large dose to get an immediate feeling.
My guess is you took XR tablets, which were designed specifically to not be able to be abused. normal IR adderall lasts about 6 hours, XR will last 12, but this is done by mixing two doses of IR with a coating to make one dissolve slower. Most people notice IR, which is instant release taking effect but don’t notice XR which can take an hour to take effect and is more subdued.
A 10mg pill of XR is really just a 5mg dose of IR. 10mg of XR is the most common dose prescribed by doctors today. Many people just abuse it by getting the 10mg prescription and taking 3 or 4, to get a stronger dose, keeping them awake.

The problem is that you can build a tolerance for it super fast and you’ll eventually become addicted to it if you don’t keep to the recommended smaller dose and take break days. Many doctors recommend not taking it on the weekends for instance.

I think it’s one of those drugs that has a reputation that far exceeds what it actually does, and if taken responsibly just helps people function in society by keeping a job and maintaining focus. Even the simple serotonin boost is known to help people with mild depression

Agreed. I'm on XR. It's in a capsule, designed to dissolve through the day. You shouldn't get high from it. Now raw Adderall, the tablets? Those are easily abused because they work nearly instantly.

As far as as I understand, Adderall, and amphetamines in general, work kinda the opposite way on people with ADHD. It has an almost sedating effect, instead of stimulating, and make them able to focus.

If the dosage is too high, it can even make them sleepy.

So you may have some kind of ADHD.

Or, you just took a very low dose.

Or a third option if you got them off the street, it’s not amphetamine but either caffeine or ephedrine.

The meme is adderall is just legal meth. But the only major thing is that too high of a dose can make it close to impossible to fall asleep.
Adderall is an isomer of amphetamine.

Desoxyn is pharmaceutical meth amphetamine.

I have ADD (Distinct from ADHD) and can confirm that those who actually need it are affected in the way you describe. It actually helps me sleep better the nights after taking it.

Yeah, my first comment on it wasn’t worded as well as I should have. I said “modern” in reference to XR as old school IR is much more difficult to get your hands on. You can still get it almost immediately if you really wanted it thanks to all those adderall mills that popped up during Covid, but it’s seldom prescribed by real doctors anymore

I was on IR early on, but dropped it because it burnt itself out very quickly. That's the problem, with IR, you have to keep taking it to get the same effects as XR. Easily addictive. As such, yeah, it isn't prescribed much anymore. Maybe when they're having supply issues. But not often.

Nick sure is lucky he's not a practicing lawyer. If he can't even find the time or energy to just watch a trial without having meltdown he would kill his family and then himself if he actually had to go to trial for a case and work those hours.
I have a hard time imagining Nick reading anything that isn’t superchats

Oh hey dudes, I’m a sped, too.

Addy isn’t legal in my country, so I have medikinet (sort of like Ritalin but more expensive, less side effects) and I have adhd. Can confirm that if I am super tired before hand (like I haven’t slept enough) and I take meds I will get super super sleepy, other than that the meds make me much calmer. Sort of like, imagine having 20 tabs open and closing like 17 of them, that is how adhd meds feel.

We're all speds, it's the farms lol
I had to move to Adzenys because the supply problems meant I’d frequently have to wait like a week to fill adderal.

But Dexedrine, just 100% left enantiomer amphetamine, was by far the best for just uncomplicated normal day to day life without peaks and valleys

For people who don’t understand the purpose, it’s based in epinephrine disregulation. Amphetamine makes your CNS use epinephrine consistently instead of hoarding it

I should say LOW DOSE amphetamine. Like 20mg a day vs meth heads that go through a gram, which is 50 times as much
