Maybe I'm a heartless monster, but enrolling into therapy over losing a dog seems a little excessive. Also nice to know that they always find ways to just waste money. First the dog hotel where you could pay an extra fee to have your dog be read a "bedtime story", now they rent fucking backyards so they can dump their dogs let their dogs play. How about going to the dog park or something? Oh right, it's Seattle. A crackhead would've probably just stabbed Blitz to death and tried to drag him away for dinner way before this.

And the story of "THE VET WAS A FAN AND HE SENT US A NOTE ABOUT HOW WE WERE THE BEST DOG PARENTS EVAR" is so very Anisa, continuing on with the trend of mesmerising every doctor, even if she's not the one being checked out!

My dog died in my arms, suck it the fuck up and move on with your life instead of being a cry baby bitch for Internet asspats. It's also bizarre to me that they're "renting people's yards an hour away" so the dog can play somewhere. Mother fucker if you don't live somewhere appropriate for the pet, don't fucking get it. Selfish. No wonder their nigger dog burst through the window like cujo to eat the neighborhood children, they only get to be outside when they rent some other hipster retard's garden.

I agree. A pets death is sad, my cat started having terrible seizures out of nowhere and was rushed to the emergency vet lifeless and they said the most humane thing was to put him down and he was euthanized as I was holding him. Yeah, I cried a few times over the days and had him cremated and his ashes in a box and cried when I got that back but I never needed therapy. It’s bizarre and seems like an attention seeking tactic.

She also can’t help herself throwing in a reminder that they’re “famous” as they were recognized at the vets.

I have never heard of either of these things before. Both are equally retarded. Is "renting" someones yard a thing in non-free states because they don't know how to stop building shit on top of people so nobody has a yard? And therapy to help with a dog dying? What the fuck? She just keeps furthering my assumption that she's never had to deal with an actual difficult situation in her entire life. Yeah, it sucks losing a pet. Have yourself a good cry and press the fuck on. Some dogs like to 14-16 years old before they pass. Not once have I, or anyone I know, considered wasting a counselors time over that.

Can’t wait for Anisa to announce on Twitter in a week that she has discovered about herself through the death of the dog that she is one of the 0.5% of the population that just gosh darn feels things so much deeply than everyone else you guys. She is just now realising this about herself!

It's useful if you get stuck in your grief and it doesn't settle or diminish after an appropriate amount of time. But they didn't even take a few weeks. They seem scared to feel any raw emotion so they need to make their feelings go away immediately.

The therapy for dog grief is just one more way Anisa tries to drain Ian’s bank account on something nonsensical. Plus hearing that they were the best dog parents is either completely made up (likely scenario) or something the technician says to all dog owners. Milking sympathy for views/clicks is especially scummy and it’s not at all surprising that they’re pulling this act because why wouldn’t they? Best part is there is absolutely no growth opportunity for them as a couple: they’re going to milk it as much as possible and then go back to living as selfishly as possible, Anisa especially.

Playing devil's advocate with iDubbbz not understanding getting a pet thing. I can understand the sentiment, a less autistic person would've said "I couldn't handle getting a pet, knowing that I'll outlive them. Losing them would be too much for me"
