That's tar. You need to clean it with rubbing alcohol or acetone and it will still leave a light stain. Soap and water will just make it stickier. That's why you should wear gloves when cleaning your glassware.

This dirt has been on his hands for weeks if not longer. He did not scrub out his bong, see above. it was just a swirl and rinse job. His hands never came in contact with the tar, a tary brush, or rag.

He is just absolutely filthy. See previous posts I have about his hands. Dirt packed into the nails nearly 1/8 inch deep and 1/16th inch thick (the size of a wide and narrow tile grout for reference).

His desk, and keyboard are covered in layers of grime that do not get cleaned up, so even if he did was his hands he'd instantly soil them.

I have to agree with the mental degradation or other sign of mental issues. Hygiene indifference is common in heavy drug users as well as those with depression. Due to Austin's lack of any structure he cant associate hygiene as part of another task the way you teach those mentally deficient (and children) do. There's no I need to shower before bed...before work...after work.. etc routine to get into to. His mom doesnt even make him wash up for dinner. The only way I see him ever changing is if everyone did a "hand check" before juicing him so that might be the only way to get him back into a normal cycle.

Some are loans, some are people giving money in the hopes that when he wins big they give them money back and more (a form of gambling itself), some are that he has money locked in paypal, apple pay or some other thing he can't make into crypto and promises money for crypto, some want to be his mod so they feel a bit of power. Juicers come and go, it's quite an interesting social experiment.
