Looks like the puppeteers behind Biden are still striving to milk what ever they can before Russia over runs Ukraine

"Discussions have begun in the Pentagon regarding the transfer to Ukraine of reserve presidential funds (~4 billion), which allows the Pentagon to use its own reserves to send military equipment to Kyiv", — СNN

I guess somehow the President has a reserve fund that he can use for whatever he wants? $4 billion is a hellva lot of money for a petty cash fund.
Never heard the phrase reserve presidential funds before, but I'd assume it just means what funds they have access to and can shuffle around for their intended uses.

It's like how Trump was able to shuffle money around for border wall, except in Biden's case they'd be counting on a funding bill coming through to make up for the spent funds.

Reminder that judges are cowards.

This decision is a classic case of "Cannot get rid of it so how do I rule in a way that provides minimal fire"

So he doesn't allow for posting a smaller bond to appeal but does allow borrowing money... which will be returned if he wins his appeal. And means that Trump, if he loses that appeal, can quietly pay off a bank instead of having to rather publicly liquidize assets. A bit of borrowed money has a lot more ways of paying off over time.

So on the surface he just slapped down Trump and just beneath that gave Trump exactly what he wants so now the judge is saved from having to be on one side.
Requesting the full gudgement now is actually pretty stupid.

Let's say Trump loses his appeal. He's done for a moment. But what if Trump pays, and wins? Well, then New York owes him the fine PLUS interest. And if he had to liquidate assets to do it? The fine PLUS interest PLUS damages. This is what the judges have to figure out now. Because of the DA being an idiot and demanding immediate full payment, she could cost the state of NY hundreds of millions of dollars. There's no getting out without one party getting bloodied up. She fucked up.

I don't know how to tell you this but you ain't losing shit. Nor gaining shit, from the GOP being in control or not of the house.
Mike Johnson stopped the totally-not-amnesty & forever war bill from coming through. He still sucks, but I’ll take him as a marginal improvement over the total hack that is Kevin McCarthy who quitted right after he got stripped of his leadership role.

Good luck on stopping bills that horrible if we have to rely on an even more cucked GOP Senate or worse, a Democratic trifecta.

You're not using female logic nor nigger logic nor marxist logic nor female nigger marxist logic. It's not HER money. So why would she care?

Just make sure Thune or Cornyn are not the new leaders and we have a good start. Those are Turtle's progeny of faggotry. Let it be Rick Scott or Marsha Blackburn, I'd love for it to be Vance or even Cruz but they're too "extreme"

Cruz will probably get it. His aspirations for the Presidency got destroyed by Trump but he is still valuable in the Senate to the GOP.

On jan 6th I posted part of that speech. I had a dude sperg out that donald trump wasnt moore.

I really wanted to point out if he understood that moore got killed at the end.

But yes where will you turn when the cold wind blows

The left either intend to never allow their lawfare to be used against them via going full fascist or to make the courts invalidate their lawfare tactics from going forward but in a way where they still manage to use them to destroy Jones, Giuliani, and Trump before they themselves can be destroyed by their own tactics.

Cruz would be a disaster. The man is a human weather vane and you don't want somebody that scared of public opinion at the top, you want them being the bulldog for the guy at the top, because he's willing to admit political realities that guy isn't.

Megyn Kelly got her hands on 30something pages of texts between Ashleigh Merchant and Terrance Bradley.

She has nice ten-ish minute clips from her podcast today going over them

Bradley was acting as a main source but originally expected his name to be kept out of it. He probably had a falling out with Wade.
I got something Megyn Kelly can get her hands on. Oh!

I'm going to take

I'm a take this a little further

The Left just never thinks long term. In their mind the revolution is always in action, will always win and will be inevitable. Therefore anything the advance the agenda is good by definition since it can never ever have any blow back.

So they never ever ever even imagine that their tactics will be used against them and each and every time it is they do dafuq? How it this possible? We are the good guys?

Remember the SCOTUS veto thing? How Mitch flat out told the Dems this was a terrible idea and would come back to harm them with a vengeance? Did that stop them? Did it even slow them down a little bit? Nah it's always whatever works best at this very second is the moral good.

It must be nice to have such a flexible moral system that double-think is just par for the course and a 180 turn is just an everyday thing. Silly us adhering to a moral system that has a consistent base and set of taboo's that are not just a mouthed convenience that can be discarded anytime it's inconvenient to our agenda.

The DNC wants it's money now, consequences be damned.
An Illinois state judge (a) ordered the State Board of Elections to remove Trump from the primary ballot over insurrection charges. This comes after the Board had rejected a previous attempt to bar him from the March 19th Republican primary.
HawaiiIllinois judge strikes again!

I wish that Donald Trump would win, and then declare himself to be transgender - changing nothing whatsoever about his appearance - forcing libs to call him the first woman President.
I hope he does it anyway if he loses.

I want the gender activists to tie themselves in knots trying to figure out if they can start screaming about bad faith, or just begrudgingly accepting it because they'd otherwise look like hypocrites.

Christ, almighty. Okay, how stupid are these people?

I get what they're doing. The only problem is, they're not convincing anyone but the party faithful. Everyone else is looking at this lunacy and, even if they think Trump is not the greatest guy in the world, it's odd that they're charging him, and practically convicting him with insurrection, while at the same time, watching him walk around free all over the place.

It just looks more and more unhinged as time goes on.

Meanwhile, I know they like to paint Trump as a flagrantly loud and angry bully, but really, do we ever actually see that person except for "sources close to" or a "former anonymous staffer"? Nope, in public, he's generally pretty even-tempered and often in good spirits.

I have no intention of voting for Trump (wouldn't matter if I did; I live in a blue state). But I can't imagine being the kind of person who is constantly frothing over Trump. At what point do we declare these people legally insane?

Allegedly, a leaked email revealed that the Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI data is indeed rigged. Apparently, CPI data has heavily adjusted weighting of owner's equivalent rent and an adjustment that took place between December and January. I can't seem to find sources aside from just Meet Kevin, right now, but I'm sure we'll see more clarification in time.

And of -course- the judge stayed it pending Trump's appeal, immediately with the 'decision'.

Even when party ideologues, they are still cowards who want to find a way to weasel out of actually doing anything.

Colorado's primary is this Tuesday. Even if the Supreme Court tells them they aren't allowed to take Trump off the ballot, what can even happen to put him back on it now?

It wasn't a SOCTUS veto thing, it was a requiring a filibuster-proof majority to confirm new nominees because every Democrat in a swing seat balked at putting the Jewish partisan or wise Latina on the bench thing that led Reid to just get rid of the useless fuckers so the New York Times would stop making fun of him.
