Her gunt is now dangling mid-thigh.

Looking at her sheer size and lack of mobility, I can’t imagine letting her on the operating table and I am here for the inevitable fallout.

Either she gets to SF and gets told no (free vacation for Coco) or she does get it done but the complications are so overwhelming, it sends Juliana into a health crisis spiral.

How can she even fly back post-op? Would her risk of an embolism be higher after surgery?

Such concerns are for normals. These people are famous activists! This is a life-saving surgery. Any costs that come up around issues leaving back for home will be covered with a shit ton of ebegging, whining and self-entitlement.

I know it's just ('just") the camera that's shaking, but it looks like the whole room is shaking with her every step.

If I were a person who truly supported Juliana and wanted the best for her, I'd be very conflicted about donating to the surgery. It would feel like you're donating to a fund for a medically-assisted suicide.

There are enough tender-hearted, soft-headed people out there who have either never undergone a major surgery themselves, or seen a friend or family member through such a surgery and recovery, and therefore have no clue what performing a double mastectomy on someone Juliana's size might entail, what the recovery will be like, and what complications might develop. They legit do not understand any of this. No amount of TikToks from relatively slim Borderliner girls who just got their teets yeeted is going to translate into the reality of what Juliana will go through.

And anybody who is contributing to this fund has been thoroughly brainwashed from two angles: one, the fat acceptance angle, which demonizes the medical field as being irrationally hateful and discriminatory towards deathfats for no valid reason; and two, the tranny angle, in which elective surgical procedures are life-saving, necessary, and serve to affirm the individual's true self.

They're basically members of two overlapping cults, and therefore know they can't say, "Whoa, hey, wait a minute; is this a good idea?" without getting shouted down and cancelled. Since they have to suppress all common sense in order to be cult members in the first place, they're just going to push it back down when it inconveniently rises to the surface, and then feel guilty for ever having such an impure thought in the first place.

FFS. Is dying with unwanted tits really that bad??

If she gets this surgery and survives it, is she going to get the uterus yanked next? A rot dog for Corissa's "pleasure"? (Not that she'd ever get to see it without photography.....)

I don't think her fat is gonna get her, guys. I think Dr Sidhdhdhdhh-ffft's evil twin's experiments in infinifat trans surgeries will.

I think it's just something for her to fixate on in her last few remaining years. I'm cynical enough to think it's a plot by Carissa to get a caretaker's stipend after she becomes bedbound post surgery. Hope she likes yeasty smells and deathfat wound care.

This makes me wonder about the overlap between fat acceptance and trans stuff - the intersectionality, if you will - specifically with respect to medical intervention.

Medical intervention that results in intentional weight loss is bad to people like Corissa or J. We all know this by now. But gender affirming surgery is good.

Breast tissue contains a lot of fat. Obese men growing tits (or just fat that looks like it) isn't exactly rare, and those man tits will get smaller with weight loss.

If a fat "cis" man got liposuction to remove man tits, is this an acceptable gender affirming procedure, or is it fatphobia?

I don’t understand the J surgery arc.

Laugh and point, whatever, but I’m a detransitioner. I specifically did NOT get this surgery due to my personal risk profile, which is still far, far, lower than J’s.

I didn’t want to die, and I also knew that if I had weight changes, I would not get good results. Instead, it helped me to lose some weight, touch some grass, and eat from scratch more. Whatever J is chasing with this, ironically she might see better feelings and mental health if she got healthier.

I do appreciate being able to mention my detransition here, I definitely can’t socially and have lied about why I changed my mind. Just sad I can’t do so in normal spaces.
There is a detrans thread here, if you're not already familiar with it.

I don’t understand the J surgery arc.
Being a gluttonous fatty that doesn’t believe weight equates in anyway to health, her sense of entitlement means she’s perfectly safe to have unnecessary surgery, and anyone suggesting otherwise is fatphobic and discriminatory, and she wants it regardless of any of the warnings out there. She’s not considering the results, just that this is the next step in her transition. Clearly she has mental issues given her trans status to begin with (body dysphoria is a mental health condition not a physical one), plus she is low IQ to believe that being an infinifat isn’t a health issue.

@glass_houses they definitely know.

J doesn’t understand the risk, then. Which makes it very sad. Deleted some sperging, sorry.

People (especially trannies) generally don’t care about any risks, and are hell bent on getting them anyway. They’ve spent long enough in the cult, being groomed to believe that these are life saving surgeries, and that they’ll never be their “authentic“ self until they’ve poisoned then butchered their bodies, all while simultaneously grooming others into their cult, and attempting to infiltrate spaces they have no right to be in.

The feelings of a cis men are not valid, because all cis men (espeshully if they're white) are literally Hitler. Same for cis women who want bigger breasts. Hitler.

Seriously tho, both of these scenarios should be viewed as gender affirming by their logic.

J doesn’t understand the risk, then.
And she's simply an addict. Even disregarding the mentals, she is addicted to food/sugar/salt/etc. She is willing to do anything except give up her addiction, so she will never consider weightloss even if it would help her with all her mental and physical issues. I bet she's already looking forward to recovering from surgery and being able to just lie down and eat for a few weeks.

[deleted unnecessary details]. Whatever J is chasing with this, ironically she might see better feelings and mental health if she got healthier. Surgery doesn’t fix brain.

J has never been in a healthy body/lived at a healthy weight. Even as a toddler she was obese. It’s the one thing I pity her: she’s never known what it is to be at a healthy weight and due to her stunted intellectual and emotional development, can’t conceive of anything other than being enormously fat.

However, as an adult she has a choice to change. That’s where the pity stops.
