Frankly I think he has gotten VERY lucky that his lolsuits have died before going to trial. Both because the inevitable loss would have run up much higher attorney fees and because it's guaranteed he would have perjured himself multiple times in a context that would attract much more scrutiny than his restraining order hearing. Going up against the city will also affirm his local nuisance status and you really don't want to attract that kind of attention. Municipal workers and local prosecutor's offices tend to stay in the same place a long time and absolutely maintain shitlists over substantially pettier shit than what he has done.

I agree that adding a cop basically guarantees they won't give him a settlement without a fight. Milwaukee is full of obese rubes, if they had to pay them all off the city'd go bankrupt.

I waiting for the plot twist where it turns out Sergent Evans long lost son is revealed to be turned into Pepperoni years ago an this is all an elaborate scheme to avenge his death one stupid police welfare check at a time. Where is the amount requested? Am I wrong in expecting to see a least an informal suggestion of monetary damages caused? He missed work? What work? He had emotional damages? He's not on the twitter declaring himself "never better, stalker"? He wasn't even actually arrested. His attorney didn't advise him to cease all communication possibly relating to the suit? Isn't that civil case 101 shit?

Can you imagine an actual fucking deposition for this? This fat faggot has never had to answer for the details of why this all happening, why he refuses to take measures to stop this from happening. This is why he throws an adult tantrum if he cannot fully control the narrative being presented in the media. Depositions are famous for wearing down even the most sane and composed people.

Reminder - the shareholders of the firm have a duty to see the junior people file good paperwork. At the federal level there is an attorney I know who was filing BS paperwork in the bankruptcy division who can no longer get insurance.

Now the Milwaukee PD/DA might feel constrained about charging Pat - retaliation. But who won't be so restrained is a Grand Jury. WI 968.01 has the three paths of a direct citizen criminal complaint. The Trash, the DA or a Grand Jury. This might be one of the few times a citizen 968.01 filed in Milwaukee County might be turned over to a Grand Jury just to avoid Patrick being able to squeal retaliation. Now a Grand Jury might look beyond Patrick doing the SWATTing as claimed by some torswats labeled media and actually issue true bills VS some pests.

He's never had a tactical team bust down his door and flash bang his dog or anything. When the police do show up for welfare checks, or to see if it's a legitimate call, he freaks out like an ape. He screams at them non-stop, ignores their instructions, flails around, resists being detained which surely doesn't help. Nor does it help that he has actually threatened to kill his ex wife and child before, but regardless if you act like an unhinged psychopath it doesn't inspire anyone to adjust their approach. We've seen other people get swatted before, metokur for example calmly answers the door and politely interacts with the police, follows their instructions, and now the police show up and politely ask him and his wife to step on outside so they can be sure it's 100% bogus. If you're going to froth at the mouth, scream in their face at 3am, and wrestle with the police of course they're going to manhandle you. Cops do adjust their approach, but Pat acts like an ape and interacts with the police like an actual nigger.

A brief in the federal case would be far harder to happen VS WI 986.01 causing fall out. A brief over 'torswats says Patrick did the self swat to sue' is gonna be far harder VS any citizen can file the criminal complaint on the same issue to the DA or a judge. The judge has the power to then give to DA or Grand Jury.

A brief on the law in the federal case 'someone, perhaps Jackie is running new torswats and making death threats to citizen Patrick' - love to see that. But a citizen criminal complaint? Yea, there's a path for that.

Ok I literally just came back from a booze run, sadly couldn't find any thread-fitting makers mark so had to settle for Woodford Reserve which I also understand to be a drank much appreciated by certain porcine lolcows (and if i am honest, myself too)

Seems the dastardly Doctor Bitch Tits is only xeeting sporadically at the moment, but keep your knee-guards up because I dont want to fall asleep and learn I missed him going full ragepig only to delete his xeets five minutes later without them being capped and chived
