This was pretty obviously coming, it was just a question of when. He has functionally been a troon for a while now in every way except for admitting to taking hormones. After he started talking about taking ketamine "therapy" I kinda expected he was going to do this soon, but it seems like he already was at that time. I bet his "girl"friend convinced him that since he was so depressed and already acts like a troon he should just take the HRT and see if it helps his depression. The reason he is scared of letting people know is probably because it might impact his bottom line in the long run, as he looses his weird "femboy/crossdresser" niche that seems to appeal more than a self-admitted troon to certain fetishists in his audience.
Also, I don't really think he is really "bi", at least innately. Most men seem innately attracted to women, and only have any attraction to men if they are exposed to situations where that is eroticised or are put in places where women aren't around (prison, war, etc). A few men just seem to start out from a young age not attracted to women at all and explicitly attracted to men, but he definitely isn't like that. Before he streamed or anything he seemed like a normal straight man with a real girlfriend, and his early interactions even after beginning his Omegle stuff come off as a straight guy, but I think he was just influenced so much by his audience, his autogynephilia, and almost certainly pornography into being attracted to men as well.
