Bank robbery is so cringe and boring these days. They all do this, just hand the teller a note for like 4 grand loot.
No one has the combat training or firepower capable of pulling off a PayDay heist-style robbery. If you do, you are already on several fed watch lists for being a milita.

There was a bank robbery in BC that took six officers to take down two suspects who I think just had hand guns. Each officer was injured I believe. If you had the same ordinance as seen in any PayDay game given the state the police department is in now in many cities, they'd have to call in the military.
Government be like:
>>shilling black market drugs to children
>I sleep
>>mildly inconveniencing the banks
>REAL SHIT
He left an easily followed trail so I can see why they did something about it. If you ever go to Calgary, you'll see police don't even bother with fights. Police in Edmonton though will take you out of the city and strip you of your jacket and shoes if you lip them off and tell you to walk back.

To be fair, no one is really prepared for what amounts to a really elaborate suicide by cop.

To think that pushing a button on your phone makes it invisible
🙄 Look, I’m in IT, regardless of whether you think the device is communicating in some other way in airplane mode, it is easily fucking testable whether or not it will associate with wireless access points. If you don’t turn on WiFi while on airplane mode, I can assure you it will not. That is the evidence I am referring to, the university WiFi logs.

Obviously, if you are robbing a bank, you leave the fucking phone at home or some other location, but my point is the retard didn’t even try.

Are you saying this is what you posted or that there's more information behind this wall that only an Albertan can view?
I'd like to know if he's in jail presently, when he was actually sentenced (if at all yet). It annoys the hell out of me to think he may already be released.

In a way yes there is more information (court documents) available because I only posted the final judgement which I found from CanLii. Alberta courts don't have request of court records by email for some reason.

He is probably on bail already and out of the prison due to the Canadian prisons being too full, and the courts generally avoiding giving people extra credit for time severed before trail. I would say anyone with a Canadian citizenship could request his docs, doesn't just have to be someone from Alberta.
