"Baby Delivered From Rare Abdominal Ectopic Pregnancy"

This woman didn't even use her uterus to have a baby but these freaks think the transplant is the only thing holding them back from their pregnancy fetish being fulfilled
I want to emphasize what the article does: this is a weird freak accident that few obstetricians ever see IRL. Known ectopic pregnancies should be terminated post-haste. This lady didn't know she was pregnant and/or avoided prenatal care and presented with this hot mess of a fetus, barely grown to viability.
This is a snowflake in hell thing, troons will never get pregnant.

I don't know, I assume it's rare or we would have been heard about it already...
I mean, would we though??
These people often drive away their friends and family and then join communities in which support and care is extremely conditional on following strict rules in public. When they aren't censoring themselves, they're censoring each other (or being threatened with lawsuits/lack of care from their butchers). They're mentally ill, emotionally fragile, and extremely paranoid about bad stories and bad press re: surgery. I'd argue they'd be even less likely to report something as dire as the loss of a limb.
I don't think arms and legs are dropping off all over the place, but they go to bottom-tier sociopaths to get their work done and both doctor and patient suck at post-care. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there's a higher incidence of limb loss with FTMs than in people who have serious procedures on their limbs for other reasons.
Anyway we'll probably never know since studies on this kind of thing have a mysterious problem with getting funded/published.
As gross and crazy as this thread is, imo it's safe to assume that things are actually WAY worse.

Phantom penis post op?
Hi everyone, hope you're well!

I'm around six months post op from my vaginoplasty and i have that weird sort of phantom penis sensation. It comes and goes but I'm wondering if others have had it for a while. I tried looking through the search bar and it doesn't exactly make me hopeful it's going to go away. I love my vagina but slightly terrified that the fact that I have it means I was never 'dysphoric' if that makes any sense. Is there any sort of support or advice? Thanks!

Edit: my clit is also still really sore, to the point where I'm very hesitant about touching it. I don't know if maybe that's the cause of the phantom sensations as it's still healing. But I don't think this is a common thing.

You will hear of it. This kind of damage adds up. The number of flayed pooners was pretty low until recently, it’s only the last few years that’s seen the massive explosion in numbers. That needs time for the mid and long term effects to percolate through.
- For FtMs I would imagine you’ll see amputations, rot dog total failure, sepsis, many deaths from UTIs and the consequent kidney damage , liver injury from the testosterone, and cancers and CV issues.
- For MtFs it’s going to be a lot of sepsis, UTIs and kidney damage as well, albeit probably a bit less than the pooners, the male urinary system is more robust. They will get a lot of cancers and cardiovascular issues like strokes. And addiction -following issues from being in so many opiates.
- Both sexes have a massively higher HIV rate so that going to be a major killer as well (PreP fries your liver and kidneys and you still have the elevated rate of dementia HIV gives too.) Both sexes will suffer from bone density issues and all the problems that causes - kyphosis, brittle bones, spinal damage, mobility issues etc.
when this current crop hit middle age, I think you’ll see a lot of issues.

100% agree- but my (admittedly tl;dr) doubt wasn't "will it happen?" It was "will we hear about it (ie will they self-report)?"
I predict they'll wait until it gets so bad that even they can't ignore it, then they're going to have to invent some vague bullshit cope about how they're all sick bc its a "healthcare crisis" bc transphobia.

Haunted by the ghost of the penis he cut off, Sumlettuce suspects something is wrong with his new vagina. But he was told that...even doctors can't tell!doctors can't tell.jpg

MGSV: The Phantom Penis
You feel it too, don't you?

Looks like chronic prostatitis can occur after SRS.
This one has chronic infections and feels suicidal.

I had sex reassignment surgery in London two years ago, and I had a history of re-occurring bacterial prostatitis which was treated every time with no issues through antibiotics. However 6 months ago I caught prostatitis again and after several courses of antibiotics, the infection had cleared but I still had very painful inflammation and flareups up till now.

I have been on Alpha blockers (alfuzosin) and anti-inflammatories (Naproxen) for six weeks now and I am not seeing any improvement. I am in a lot of pain 24/7 my symptoms include weak stream, pain when urinating, burning sensation and urinary incontinence. Oddly enough my symptoms are the worst during work when i am standing. I am getting so depressed tired and fed up of trying so many medications and nothing working at this point. I am not sure if it is prostatitis or a pelvic floor dysfunction.

I am so lost and need any type of advice on where to start to cure myself any advice would be highly appreciated, I have been feeling so alone and suicidal :(
Another in the comments also has it (pre-op)
Oh gosh honey I can't tell you how sorry I am. I have chronic prostatitis, and I don't know if it was was ever bacterial, or inflammation by some other cause, but I've had it for about 15 years, it's better now than it used to be. I was helped by taking finasteride, but since you're post op, that may not be a medication that applies to you because it blocks DHT. Have you tried physical therapy for pelvic floor disorder? IDK if it would help you if yours has been bacterial, but you've seemed to have tried a lot. Best of luck and I'm so sorry you're suffering through this horrible disorder ❤️
They should feel euphoric. A lot of the symptoms are similar to UTIs; which are more common among women.

It's the Ghost of Penis Past

Considering the physical trauma of undergoing vaginoplasty, destroying the urogenital tract and taking in high dosages of steroids for years and years, chronic prostatitis seems like a very likely adverse effect to occur. As chronic inflammation is a high risk factor for all kinds of cancer types, that's a very tragic way to get prostate cancer.
Plus corticosteroids taken systemically have very unfortunate aesthestic side effects; truncal obesity, moon face, varicose veins on the legs... sometimes increased hair growth as well. I'd wager to guess this is one reason why we see so many male troons with "unfortunate" body types (i.e. flabby balloon gut and beanpole stick legs with shit muscle tone).
