No, the Swat was called in to the only known pubicly used address of Pat's (at the time). Until that point it was believed he still lived in 2611.
Everyone was surprised to find that he was conveniently hiding out in 2613.
While his wife was conveniently away for the weekend.
After rick conveniently told the cops the week previously that he would be swatted soon.

He has zero access to his daughter. Probably doesn't know where she lives after the mothers third better marriage.
Nikki does shit for free so you can't put something for free up for collateral. If Nikki's on the doc than chances are they convinced her mother to pay for it.

Probably has quite a bit of cash saved up since I think she also paid for Nikki's failed business didn't she? Probably owns a few properties and just takes equity out on them hoping her daughter can pay it back.

She's pretty retarded if she's getting that money back. I make good money, but even I wouldnt take that kind of loan out from my parents. Theres no way I'd put anyone i love on the hook for that much money, especially if they are retired.

The point is he doesn’t give a shit about his daughter and therefore wouldn’t give two shits about taking money and then letting some scumbag kidnap her.

He blatantly knows where she lives. He certainly monitors his first worst wife’s whereabouts.

Niki has a similar place in his heart. He might even have divorced her and tricked her into marrying some illegal for a green card.
He would happily take someone’s life saving in pesos, then grind them into spicy taco meat before finding another new husband for her.

There's only so much Nikki's mother will be able to take out. Probably why there's this lawsuit now. They hope to win an easy suit and pay everyone off and have some left over for a new foldable Samsung phone and Surface with some Vagisil for Nikki if there's anything left over.

This is why I believe we're about to find out the MPD had suggestions for how to deal with the "swattings" and trolls but Fatrick continually, fatly refused their ideas and just kept squealing. They are the Milwaukee PD, not the small overworked department serving a town of 5K. Even if they were, at some point they would get fed up with this oinker and try to figure out what to do.

Fatrick won't accept anything that isn't immediately arresting every single one of Fatrick's trolls (somehow), having them executed, and then getting awarded the Medal of Freedom from Joe Biden.

Haven't thought about this before. Nikki is the only member of her family to fall victim to "swatting." Not even any of her brothers have been swatted. I think she has at least two and Patrick for sure has only one. I don't think we know if she has any nieces or nephews.

You could maybe use this as a point against the "Pat self swats" theory. If Mama Lynn had swats called in on her she would be even more likely to fund lolsuits. But then again, while I know you don't need to be a member of MENSA to think of this, I'm not sure if Fatrick is smart enough for it.
