AI if not already will be confined to globalist megacorps, and maybe a few lucky mid ones that make AI breakthroughs and get to join the club. Easy to do by expanding future developments, LLMs, drivers, frameworks etc. to require running on something like a grasshopper or two just to get basic capability. No one who matters to shareholders is going to care if it only uses 0.1% of the load and you should be able to run your degeneracy on desktop GPU's. Or perhaps the languages and training is made so intentionally bloated desktops are not practical.

One of many reasons to lock it up will be "intellectual property" concerns. Mega-celebrities, thots even e-celebs and new "it girls" like Swift consider the sexual desire that they exist to exploit to be intellectual property that you should not be able to access otherwise it is rape (see pre-superbowl controversy). It's unconventional and not contemplated in law yet, but it will happen. AI will not create a new wave of Pedos that magically appeared with another tool. And they will not be gone, just like their cp, if you take it away from them.

Apps and shit should be reported and banned tbf, that’s a matter of the App Store. But I think the Apps weren’t made for anyone’s sick shit just like AI isn’t. Just like the internet isn’t made for coombrains to do damage. For example: However much a cesspit 4chan is, the minority of doxxers, niggers and pedos on it shouldn’t be responsible for the whole website being restricted altogether. You want a problem gone, target it directly. Or report, at the very least.
