Nick's entire streaming career got its start due to the Maddox/Dick Masterson lolsuit and his participation in Dick Show fandom. Dick actively sought out and made Nick a show regular almost immediately after the first video on Maddox's filings, and Nick has attended and participated in several of Masterson's live shows. Given all evidence, they appear to be actual friends (or at least as close to actual friends as Dick's transactional nature allows).
How much of an actual influence has Dick been on Nick's increasing coom-tardedness over the years? I can't say for sure, but it's clear that Nick has, at the very least, admired Dick's libertine lifestyle since before he started streaming. He’s continued to do so openly throughout his most piously feigned trad-dad era and on into the present anorexic hobo arc.
Nick was probably always a closet degen, but I doubt having Dick whispering in one ear about LA coke parties while Drex babbles into the other about BDSM gangbangs really helped things.
Rackets probably was greasy the whole time, and the money and e-fame just enabled him to indulge it. I was never really a Dax fan, even when he was doing his OG stream with Maddox. I've never been into Dick's whole YELLING IS FUNNY shtick.

I was never really a Nick fan, the most I got of him was when he showed up on the killsteam. I'll admit to watching his Depp streams when there was nothing else on, but it was interesting, and it was before the whole balldoing. I always figured most Christians, if they were honest, would admit to being 'bad Christians', but I dunno, I'm just a nigga with a farms account.
At this point I think he was just pre-disposed to a desire to live a hedonistic life of unending pleasure, and as he accrued fame and fortune he realized he could indulge. Like teaching monkeys to use currency, it eventually is used to engage in prostitution. I think he realized he could buy all the pleasure he desired, in alcohol and sexuality (through cultural capital) , and doesn't realize he's changed. I guess it's the difference between who you are and who you want to be.
I'm starting to think the Sonichu demon is real and moves from host to host when it uses one up. E-fame does strange things to people, look at Spoony, Projared, The Ember's Ghost Squad guy, Chris-Chan, Ethan Ralph, Vaush, Destiny, Idubbs, Digitroon and Kero. E-fame does strange things to people... All different flavors of fucked up.
Probably hung around Drexel too much. Ironically, if that were the case, he' at least would have hit the gym for once, cut the booze, and made the trad LARP a reality.

From what can be gathered from stories he's told, he spent a lot of time in his circle and was a super-fan before becoming a streamer.
Utter lunacy. Maybe I've just got no taste, but I don't know how anyone can genuinely like Dick or his content, even when he was doing Biggest Prolapse in the Universe 'er whatever with Maddox (Rip),
