I volunteered at mental health crisis house for people who where recovering often from a suicide attempt.
The first time I heard a gender therapist being interviewed say
"do you want a alive son or dead daughter"
I both wanted to punched them and was so shocked, it totally goes against everything we know about suicide. They where setting these kids up to use suicide as a manipulation tactic, and yet it repeated again and again.
This area of mental health time and time again just goes against the establish rules because they don't get the activists what they want
They make it seem like death is the ultimate outcome. It puts the idea in these kids heads that if they don't get their way, the only option is kill themselves. There's no 'Hey, maybe wait until your brain is fully developed before you make permanent and irreversible decisions about your body. There may be other options, such as prosthetics or trauma therapy, that you can explore first." It's "You
WILL die unless they let you ruin your bones with drugs and castrate you." There is no middle ground. There is no efforts for caution or thought. It's either you cut your dick off or you will be so miserable that you
will kill yourself. Like you mentioned, they tell this shit to parents. Your kids
will kill themselves if you don't let doctors mutilate them, and it
will all be your fault.
You killed your child, not the agony from SRS, not being constantly clocked by people who think they are weird, not the poor decisions crashing down on them once they realize they'll never have children or live a day without pain, it's
you and you alone who killed your poor innocent child. It's sickening the way they set people up for failure, and then wonder why the suicide rates only increase after SRS and transitioning.
I am utterly convinced that this is a death cult. You have 'middle' members who haven't killed themselves yet but are still young enough to guzzle the flavor-aide that recruit children into the cult. These middle members eventually become elder members, who realize they ruined their own lives, who then kill themselves rather than admit they were wrong. The children become the new middle members, who then start the cycle again. It never ends. It's just death and agony all the way down. I will always have an ounce of sympathy for people who were mislead into the cult and now suffer for it, but I have no sympathy for those who ruined other's lives and then take the easy way out rather than face what they did.
Here's a funny trick! If a troon you know IRL threatens suicide, get them committed! I guarantee they'll stop using suicide as a threat once they spend a few days in an involuntary hold in an understaffed, poorly funded, and stuffed to the gills mental hospital. And the funny thing is, you can say that you feared for their lives and did the responsible thing by getting mental health care professionals involved. In a way, you validated them <3
