Unfortunate, but honestly the best move. It's way too easy to just make an account, wander in, and go "WE SHOULD MURDER [X}!" and have the whole thing shut down by Valve. Leave the incendiary debates for somewhere else, keep the curator group purely factual.

The Steam community group was a big giant dumb liability, and now that liability has surfaced. The curator group is what matters. The guy in charge is an amateur but he's doing the right thing by shutting down the discussion board. There shouldn't be any sort of official discord, ideally Brazil chud would just shut up and keep the list up to date. We're just consumers using the curator function in an objectively informative manner.

Western gaming is controlled by the most thin-skinned people to ever walk the fucking Earth. The loudest voices go to trustfund babies with fragile egos and mental disorders whose only skill is "fixing" other people's writing by cramming in unnecessary bullshit, not people who can actually write good stories, make good art, or program.

This Steam group has literally done nothing to directly attack Sweet Baby whatsoever, just its mere existence and popularity is enough to deem it as "harassment", much like how Twitterfaggot journalists used everything in their power to take down this site simply for existing as a space where you're allowed to critique them without being jannied off of the web.

Unsuprisingly, al these companies are based in either Canada or San Francisco and seem to survive mostly off of grant money from the Canadian and American Governments or donations.

I did find this list of organisations on one of their websites with a lot of these grifting companies on it, making it easy to see just how far the rot goes.
