That you're a man who is larping as a woman. Lmao these people are retarded.

Jonathan "India" Willoughby has reported JKR to the police for misgendering him on Xitter. (archive)

If she is arrested I'm excited to see how many normies are peaked when they realise even calling an obvious bloke like Jonathan "man" could land them in jail!
For someone who is supposedly a "woman" they sure have to remind themselves about that a lot. "I am a woman, I am a woman, I am a woman." Doesn't sound mentally ill at all lol

I pity the poor 9-11 operator who had to listen to an SJW Spergs out about being rightfully called a man.
He's 'ritish, so it's 999. Also, he's not really an SJW, he's almost openly racist (towards black people!), sexist, and homophobic. He just supports trans issues for obvious reasons.

To anyone who isn't aware of UK law, misgendering IS an illegal offense and Rowling IS a criminal who can now be prosecuted for it.

Make no mistake, the only factor in whether she gets arrested is whether the police think they can get away with it (see the mark meechan case)

Given she's a billionaire and how demographic replacement hasn't yet reached white women over 30 who like her books, it's not looking likely. Her fans can kick up enough of a stink.

I think J.K. is probably going to be fine. I'd be surprised if she saw a day in prison over this, she's got friends in very high places and will probably have a team of the best lawyers around. Furthermore, gender critical views are protected in Britain since the Maya Forstater case, so while misgendering might be illegal, being a TERF is not a crime.

My question is, though, how would Willoughby cope if they turned this around on him? Rowling has evidence of him misgendering other trans women, as well as that infamous deleted tweet about kidnapping TERFs in his big white van. His constant baiting of her, tagging her in things and stuff, could easily be argued to be harassment.

No, she didn't. I was active in HP fandom back then, and the older fans used to joke about Dumbledore and his friend "Dogbreath" taking a Grand Tour of Greece after graduating from Hogwarts. Confirmation we were indeed picking up what she was laying down came when during a Q&A session with a bunch of school kids one little girl asked if Dumbledore ever had a girlfriend. JKR'S answer, "No, he was gay."

LiveJournal exploded.

Blaise Zabrini had no description until book 7. We didn't even know what sex he was. Tons of fanfic and art got Jossed.

As for her being milquetoast...it 's obvious looking back she believed there were rational people among the troops and TRAs. Over the years, she learned otherwise.

Something that a lot of fat, ignorant, cultureless burgers (who also don't how to spell 'milquetoast') are seemingly completely unaware of, whenever they bring up J.K. Rowling apparently retroactively and arbitrarily making Dumbledore gay or whatever is that at the time the books were published, there was law in the UK called Section 28, which meant that you literally couldn't tell children that gay people existed, because this was seen as 'the promotion of homosexuality'.

Though, I suppose you could argue that, with the benefit of hindsight, and given the LGBTQ+ community's troubling recent fixation with children, perhaps we judged Section 28 a bit harshly.

I have to give her props, I've seen how indoctrinated and backwards the bongland police are, I would never think of doing what she does. I would hire 5-10 immigrants to fight whatever police officer shows up at my door.

I've always been quite skeptical of the Terf types being "based" all of a sudden.

Quite a few played a huge part pushing the idea that men and women are not only equal, but identical,
and when theres a different in earnings or a different representation of sex in different fields then the only remaining explanation must be discrimination.

Who has time for sperging though, watching this whole thing unfold and seeing crazy sanctimonious people infight is very entertaining.

At least some of the time they seem to be receptive to "I told you so" after they've realized how they threw the gates open for a culture of sex pests

I never really thought much of Rowling, she wrote good books I read when I was growing up and that's all I thought but goddamn, I've never seen someone so based when it comes to fighting the tranny mafia. I hope she wins this shit.
I just love that a lot of the gender weirdos were so obsessed with Harry Potter that they  regularly used examples from that universe to compare and contrast things like real world politics, they made it their fucking lives, and now they can't even dare speak about the silly wizard book. :story: It makes it all the more sweeter that Queen Terf is J.K. I love it.

Considering her reply, I doubt she tweeted anything without being aware of the consequences (unlike 99% of troons) since she mentions that she was already in contact with lawyers about his continuous harrassment. After everything, it would seem weird if she just went on an ill-advised Twitter rant because she felt like trolling.

If I remember correctly, other women before got charged with "non crime hate incidents" for calling some troons men or similar. This one for example managed to get it removed from her records after spending a lot of time and money. I really wonder whether they'd dare to do the same to JKR and whether she and her lawyers could smack them down so efficiently that they will think twice about it in the future or that it will be easier to fight. Willyboy already screeched so much, it would be pretty embarrassing for all troon supporters to just ignore this now.

Willoughby, like all troons, is an obvious narcissist, so he is doubtless loving being the centre of attention in all this, the hero leading the charge against the evil Queen TERF.

Unfortunately for him, however, this has also resulted in him making a complete spectacle of himself, so it's going to be hilarious when it inevitably blows up in his face.

there's no shot they attempt to arrest her, but imagine the mass peaking after the normies see it if they did.
