Now that I think about it, my favorite part is that just like Ralph likes to do, Vickers was playing pretend rich person and debt maxing. The fuck of it is at least Ralph debt maxes to drink and do drugs, all Vickers spent his debt on was lawyers to fuck with Ralph. For what? You going to squeeze water from that gunt?

How the hell does suing a broke ass like Ralph get him anything? Pawpaw’s $59 ring? Ralph’s got no money, all Vickers did was waste money on an attorney to sue broke ass Ralph. A judgement of $5k ain’t going to help matters. Even if some magical judge ordered Gunt to pay Vickers a million dollars Vickers would never see a dime, all he would have is attorneys fee to pay himself if he got any judgment against Ralph.

True, but Ralph was fucked either way. Vickers could've ignored Ralph and just let his lawyer handle everything and Ralph would've still ended ruined. Vickers mostly failed in court because they were too smug and performative, if they had just handled it quietly and quietly Vickers wouldn't be fucked the way he is now.

Anyone one else familiar with hoa management and their shady ass house theiving ways find the hoa amount on claims kinda sus?

That can also trigger a foreclosure even if the bank was paid on time. Associa hoa management (and a few others) that are the name behind the hoa association legal one loves to fuck people over and make money by raking up fees and then basically forcing the house to be sold and they wanna be one of the firsts in line.

Not that vickers isn't a retard.. the irs tends not to make thousands of made up bullshit charges a competent cpa can't make mostly vanish as long as you paid them more or less what you owed.
