Games were already going to shit back then, DS3 was ruined by microtransactions, bioshock infinite was basically a proto-woke game and far worse than the original (ironically enough levine is now making a "redpilled" game) just to name a couple cases.

Took a look at the actual list of games that have SBI association and for the most part it's middle market slop that one learns to instinctually avoid after you learn the signs. It's even got the infamous goodbye volcano high, which epitomizes this sort of game, so their involvement was no real surprise. The three things that caught my interest were Kingdom: 80s, Sable, and Hyper Light: Breaker. Kingdom 80s is a spin off of the Kingdom series which are charming little pseudo roguelikes with very little story. Why then, they decided to make kingdom 80s a story game is beyond me. Glad I only picked up the first game and not the bundle when I first bought the game. Sable I remember being a good story game with an interesting artstyle, however I never heard any rumblings of it being infested with wokeshit, so either it flew under the radar or is a genuine anomaly. The last one really concerns me because I love Hyper Light Drifter and I'd hate to see it's sequel mired in culture war bullshit when all anyone wanted of the sequel to Hyper Light Drifter was more fucking Hyper Light Drifter. Suppose I'll just have to wait and see when it comes out.
