@TherapyMan found out why. The absolute mongoloid decided to fight with his court appointed trustee. The court was not amused with this novel approach to bankruptcy litigation.
I've gotta ask: is this normal, or even heard of? I'm sure emotions can run high during bankruptcy proceedings, but do people actually fight with their court appointed trustees, and if so, to such an extent? This is very odd to me.

The legal system has not helped these two yet because they are too dumb, venal and self-impressed to do what they need to do. If they could not pull off bankruptcy, there is no way they will be able to pull off a paper divorce without ending up in a worse state than they were when they were married. Bank on it.
Trust the plan, Vickers has proven to be a genius level attorney and only spent $70k suing Ralph. There's no way a fraudulent divorce can possibly backfire.

Not normal at all. The Trustee is borderline an agent on your behalf. Not entirely, as vickers found out to his detriment, but in totality the Trustee is the expert brought in to sort out your mess. Bankrutpcy is ultimately an admission of financial failure. Which is why the court orders you to attend financial education and appoints a trustee to manage your finances through the process.

You CAN fight the trustee, because he or she is adversarial in that part of their job is to see the people you owe money too get what is lawfully theirs. But fighting the trustee on a movement to change a Chapter 13 to Chapter 7? That is unspeakably retarded.

Yes, but unless they're stupid, not in this way and not to this extent. The trustee represents the estate, which is not the actual bankrupt person. His fiduciary obligation extends to the creditors, and his duty is increasing the value of the estate to creditors. The trustee is not supposed to rip anyone off related to the proceedings (including the bankrupt), but the estate is his actual "client."

God I wish Vickers is not such a little bitch to delete all of his livestreams so people can pick apart every time he brags how he has more money and is more legally competent in court than Ralph

So he didn't buy the car in 2011 when it was released?

What even, he claims he runs a successful business and earns $9800 a month. He can't piece enough coins together for a $25k shitbox?

Wigger, incarnate.
Yep it’s the shitbox Camaro debt that lands Vacuitous Vickers on top of the white trash leaderboard for me. VV wins by default though, only because Ralph is limited to PlayStation debt at Feet’s address.
How did Vickers’ fiscal retardation go undetected for so many years? There was something dug up about lolsuits with the previous owner of Rocklin Coin Shop, but not much else, nothing close to this paper trail of failure. Impressive.

It sounds exactly like something a Ralph 2 would do since a Chapter 7 would hurt his fragile ego more than a Chapter 13. Thankfully a foreclosure, failed business, and impending divorce can all be cured by Disney theme parks!
