It's "simple as" to download Teamspeak or some other Freeware chat/speak program, set up your own server that YOU OWN with your own rules and moderation policy, and has all the functionality of a Discord server. The only barrier to entry being you have to know how to punch in an IP address and set up a server. Which you can just google and spend 5 minutes reading to figure out.
