The First Amendment means you should be able to say whatever (within reason) you want without legal prosecution. Drawing loli (porn which depicts minors) should not fall under that rule. If you want to scream NIGGERRRRRR at the top of your lungs without getting arrested, that should be okay. You might get your ass beat by Tyrone the BBC holder, but still an American right.
