The funny thing is his address is about a block from West Twain Ave. People with an IQ of over 20 would clue in to the fact that if the end by him is "West" the other end is probably "East". Also, one wonders why he didn't just use one the mailbox places 2 blocks from his house instead of one on the entire other side of the strip.

It looks like he was informing the court that the old address didn't work in 91, because the attached scan shows it was mailed on January 18th, the day before Rusty updated his address with the court (and you can see the zip code on the envelope was for the old address). The attached scan in 94 was also sent to the old address on December 26th, unsure why that was included... my guess is that Hardin looked up the new address for service, found it was invalid, and didn't even bother to send anything but instead informed the court.
