Russell Greer asserts that an address that does not exist does, in fact, exist

He ignores that in 91 Hardin informed the court that the new address doesn’t work, and in 94 informed him that both the old and new one doesn’t work
is he fucking blind?View attachment 5806237

No, he’s just extremely retarded.is he fucking blind?
he asked for 90 days extension on his deadlines and just assumes it has been grantedAm I getting this wrong or did Russ ignore a court appointed deadline for days, yet responds to a filing that claims he wrote the wrong address immediately?
The funny thing is his address is about a block from West Twain Ave. People with an IQ of over 20 would clue in to the fact that if the end by him is "West" the other end is probably "East". Also, one wonders why he didn't just use one the mailbox places 2 blocks from his house instead of one on the entire other side of the strip.is he fucking blind?
the address at the top of his renewal notice is "east twain ave", and the one he tried (and failed) to make unreadable is "arville st"
"south twain ave" does not appear anywhere
It looks like he was informing the court that the old address didn't work in 91, because the attached scan shows it was mailed on January 18th, the day before Rusty updated his address with the court (and you can see the zip code on the envelope was for the old address). The attached scan in 94 was also sent to the old address on December 26th, unsure why that was included... my guess is that Hardin looked up the new address for service, found it was invalid, and didn't even bother to send anything but instead informed the court. He ignores that in 91 Hardin informed the court that the new address doesn’t work, and in 94 informed him that both the old and new one doesn’t work
Technically, he ignored the prior notice on this. But to the newest one, yeah, he responded the next working day.Am I getting this wrong or did Russ ignore a court appointed deadline for days, yet responds to a filing that claims he wrote the wrong address immediately?
The one on the other side of the strip probably has a woman he's trying to woo working there. Now he has an excuse toAlso, one wonders why he didn't just use one the mailbox places 2 blocks from his house instead of one on the entire other side of the strip.
I don’t know if I should shake my head or laugh but I’ve done both.Russell Greer asserts that an address that does not exist does, in fact, exist
The previous dismissal was a 12(b)(6) subject to de novo review as a matter of law. If you just fail to prosecute your own case despite being ordered to do so, there isn't shit to appeal. You can try it but they'll tell you to piss up a rope.
Which really sucks because the Soviet Jew that ruled on the appeal in the 10th Circuit probably doesn’t really like Hitler11.7 mega-Hitlers
Welp, he's jumped the shark now. This is materially wrong on its face and should be sanctioned. Especially since it has been pointed out to the idiot TWICE now that there is no such road as South Twain Ave.View attachment 5806237

Kind of you to assume he is capable of thinking .Here's the reason why Russtard thought

Great job blurring that address out, Russ!
