He thought if he used a mailbox place with a street name close to the name of the apartment complex where he lives, he could confuse the court and get away with it. A real big brain move on his part.

I don't think there's some weird strategy going on here, other than the fact that he didn't want to dox his home address, so he used a package store instead.

And he's too fucking retarded to write the correct address.

I went back and forth on that as I was typing. In the address field it is indeed PO BOX(really the whole address should be uPPER cASE), but even the USPS website calls them "PO Boxes/PO Box".

Yes... Google Maps is clever enough to figure out that there's only one Twain Ave in the 89169 zip code, and guess the correct address. Russ on the other hand is pretty fucking retarded.

Honestly the USPS might even be clever enough to figure it out, if mail was just sent to the fictitious address.

Could be any of a number of reasons.

Some PO boxes have to be paid a year at a time, his package store mailbox term is 3 months at a time based on the screenshot he posted. So it could be less of a hit on his budget, or he might have optimistically thought this would be wrapped up before 2025.

Or it could just be closer to his apartment, or closer to one of his other haunts (I still have my doubts about his totally real car, so I think bus routes could be involved).
