Been thinking about this, recently. Arrogance, obliviousness, :autism:, outright stupidity - whatever it is, it's the same trait that causes lolcows to plaster their BS all over internet, react with angry surprise when people criticize them (or worse, laugh), demand their critics go back on their word and "take that off the internet NOW NOW NOW" (in the belief they will actually do so!) - and then, when their "trolls" laugh harder, devolve quickly into violent abuse. This is why so few lolcows are capable of reacting maturely to a thread. To take criticism on the chin and ignore ridicule would require self-reflection and maturity sufficient for them to refrain from posting the stuff that makes them objects of criticism and ridicule to begin with.
This person isn't trolling. He's serious. Yet it's not as if he's succeeded in decimating all nay-sayers with his blinding wit and intelligence. On the contrary, all he's done is add to his dreadful reputation by acting like a lunatic. An activity on which he spends considerable time and effort. (And innumerable socks).

There is literally no reason to stop it though, someone actually got a court in the UK to sue a user here and literally nothing happened. There is no way to stop this besides not posting, even if you were a God and lived forever you have no idea who we are if you wanted to curse anyone here, for all you can know someone here is pretending to be someone else and accidentally curse someone innocent.
