The Israel / Palestine conflict dates back to when the Bible was written. This bullshit was going on even back then. I'm still trying to figure out why I should give a shit about a conflict that literally has nothing to do with me when gas is $3.25 a gallon where I live, and trying to find cheap food is a daily struggle.

She was probably forced to apologize by "management" (aka, Enna's clique). At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Scarle doesn't care anymore and is only doing the bare minimum till her contract is up.

This doesn't sound anything like them moving talent management to the US and sounds more logistics based for just delivering what they produce in Japan, events, merch, etc, to western markets. People panicked the way you are when Holomyth was first announced thinking an EN branch at all meant hololive would get infected with "woke twittards" and look how that turned out. I don't see any signs of anything yet that warrant becoming alarmist in this situation yet.

What this does sound like at least from what's been stated and presented though, is like there might be better chances to get merch prices down outside of Japan, more overseas events like connect the world, and more people working on collaborations with brands outside of Japan in the same way that JP always collabs with convenience store chains and stuff. Hell we might even get some better people for dealing with game permissions from western studios as well.
